Missed a key ingredient - hing/asafoetida. Also give the nice young man who helps a chance to speak and be more part of the video than just being a slave passing things to you - or do all the work yourself.

the video was kinda fine but the most interesting was that this didn't let the other poor guy speak at all, he should of tell him to introduce himself also not just passing the food like a server. If i would be him I would just walk out from him n let him speak and do the cooking etc
