@Trooper599 Hi, I just noticed that you mentioned there was no curry in this curry sauce. Curry sauce is made up of a blend of spices. When you buy curry powder/sauce it is already blended. Kashmiri chilli powder is one of the nicer chilli powders and gives a better result. Hope you don't mind me saying. I've been trying to make the perfect curry and so far this sauce is the best.
Yes, I agree, great vid. There are a lot of recipes on YouTube for the curry base sauce. I like the look of this one better than what I have seen so far.
I am preparing all this right now after writing it all down. I am going to add some boiled chana daal once it's all cooked and simmer for a further 20-30 mins to let the dal absorb the flavours.

@shakaama im malaysian, and curry is a hit here, but one thing is that curry dosen't include peanut butter, or raw milk yogurt.
