Earlier this year he went before his congregation(he was asst. pastor at Epiphany Fellowship in Philly) and confessed got emotionally involved with another woman. His label put on statement saying he would be stepping down from label for the time being as well.

Some people thought that was kind of harsh, but they forget Amba is a pastor and a very visible role model in Christian rap. Maintaining personal holiness and a blameless example is a very serious matter, shouldn't be taken lightly.

Hey my man, you are right, we do live by grace, we are under His blessing, but that isn't an excuse. To live by grace is to live above the law. In the Commandments, for example, it say not to commit adultery, but in Matthew 5:27-28, Jesus says not to even lust. Don't just abide by the law, for adultery physically, go above it, take it to the next level and don't even commit it in your mind through lust.This is what Grace is, goin above and beyond what is asked as God has done the same for us.

Thats true to some extent. Depends on your ministry. Some have inspirational music for the church where others are outreach and make music to reach the thugs. We have to be aware that ministering how the church wants us to ( the traditional way) is pushing ppl away from Christ. Earrings or not, at the end of the day it comes down to your anointing and relationship with God.
