  • CIRCLE PIT!!!!!

  • sound like old racing games

  • RESPECT THE BANJO

  • Wow. This sounds like something Metallica would have covered themselves.

  • I imagine myself driving a pickup truck with a bunch of ducks in the flatbed while listening to this on maximum volume. Confederation flag is inevitable on the front hood :-))

  • @Jankovic21412

it's just Confederate Flag, not Confederation

  • i thought this was ok...not something i would listen to on a weekly basis though...when the goat started singing at 0:33 it felt like i was bitch slapped then thrown into a ditch. that you youtube for pointing out my enemies, now i must seek and destroy their asses.

  • this is too fucking FAST!!!! lol

  • Kick Ass! Nuff said!

  • This is FXXKING AWESOME. I now LOVE Blue grass style !!!! SICK JOB

  • This song just proves how legitimate both of these musical styles are.

  • Ya know, I really dont like country or bluegrass, bluegrass even more. I dont like this but they still did an great job on this. Nice work.

  • anywhere i roam, where i lay my head is home!! yeahh!! =)))

  • How metallica could have ended up if Hetfield was any more red neck Ill be honest I probably wouldn't have complained :D

  • 3 people had their heads up their ass and couldnt hear how awesome this is.....

  • Like the intro to do some acoustic cover!

  • KICKASS SOLO!!!!!!! XD

  • Hick jam 1000

  • Sounds kinda Spanish to start with XD

  • @IronMetalHead150 Wrong, very arabic

  • @IronMetalHead150 no, very indian. kirk used a dominant scale in the solo wich sounds very eastern/indian

  • @IronMetalHead150 a Phrygian dominant scale to be exact

  • @1bol1 Yes, that is the scale being used. The cool thing, it lends itself nicely as a relative to many shifts in the chord progression without actually changing the scale. Kirk is a master of that, since he was taught by the master of the technique: Joe Satriani.

  • @kc8ntp kirk isn't a master, he mainly uses the basic pentatonic scale wich fits into everything. he knows music theory but he doesen't. you should stop pretending to think that noobs like hammett are great musicians, sure he can play fast but all his solos sounds pretty much thesame. there are many other guitarists that actually take some time to sit down and write good music instead of just playing same shit over and over again. For example; Michael Romeo, Jason Becker, Shawn Lane (R.I.P).

  • @1bol1 No, he used to be good for using "Pitch-Shift theory". Not too much anymore, but back before the Black Album, he used it a lot.

  • @1bol1 Add your mother to that list, Junior.

  • @TheSimqleArts What's that supposed to mean? Me being younger doesn't affect my understanding of music and creativity. Kirk is overrated as fuck. Only musical idiots disagree. AND THAT'S A FACT.

  • @1bol1

    For Kikr - AMEN!

  • anyone else think this sounds very "weird al" ?

  • this song was the only song i find sounds decent in bluegrass form. just my opinion

  • as a Metallica fan AND a Tony Rice fan... this KICKS ASS!

  • this is fucking awesome

its like the wild west meets metallica

    "Im your Huckleberry !"

  • YEAH (head banging)

  • sweet awsome cool rockin bitchin the shit

  • shit metallica couldnt play this song that fast.... i love it. the 4 horse men is the best

  • yeah, the mood is well transformed from rock to bluegrass in horsemen.

  • I never liked bluegrass or country.... But this is great.

  • WHERE I LAY MY HEAD IS HOME

  • damn good cover!

  • That`s like 500 times cooler than AC/DC country covers.. hahha :-)

  • it is better than AC/DC at all

  • This has to be my fave of all the bluegrass covers, this version is simply amazing.

  • ROFL

  • ahhh mandolin shredding is cool!

  • pfffffff !!!

  • wow i thought the idea of a bluegrass cover was a bad idea but when i listen to it i am a huge fan of iron horse now. im thinking about picking up their blue grass cover of metallica, both cds. where can i get these?

  • Gawd..this is too awesome!

  • even in bluegrass it still sounds heavy

  • this shits tight as fuck. i play, so i know. and there's almost as much energy as james in dudes vocals. but i think i like this shit so much because i sound so fuckin killer in my truck singing along!

  • Even Metallica listens to this....

  • It's better than anything Metallica has released since after Master of Puppets.

  • You do realise this song was released after Master of Puppets

  • Justice was a killeralbum, dick!

  • This song is on Black album :S

  • I know...

he said that the Black Album was their best Release aufter Master of Puppets...but Justice was better...

  • i liked it.

  • this actually sounds pretty good, kind of funny

  • they kept it Kinda true to the original.

  • WOOOOOOOOOOOTT! do it live in SUDBURY!!!

  • Hey I used to live in sudbury on BarryDowne, in the apartments. They would be huge smash at the blues festival.LOL Whats new in sudbury!!

  • nm really still the same old sudbury

    just a little mining town:P

  • not so little, with copper cliff and hanmer and lively its about 160 thousandLOL

  • its better then metallic

  • AGREED!

  • it is good but I wouldn't go that far.

  • Bluegrass rules!!!!!!

  • This cover rocks ! ! !

  • i agree this is so good it beats the metallica version.

  • No way, there's nothing like the original version by Metallica. This is a good version but not the better one.

  • They didnt try to make it better its an homage to Metallica

  • I know but I was just saying that this is a good version as well. Only Metallica can outdo other bands when they make covers of their stuff :D

  • oh i know man, have you heard the original Am I evil By Diamond head, nowhere as good as Metallica's and Turn the Page, metallica's is way better.

  • Yes sir, great observations. Diamond Head doesn't have the same vocals or as good a sound as MetallicA

  • You know it, i just wish that there would be a band out there that could do a metallica cover and do it justice... other than Iron Horse that is.LOL

  • Good point, it's pretty sad when a banjo band has the best MetallicA cover. This shows how great MetallicA is and how much better they are than other metal bands.

Long live the only band with metal in its name (insert headbang)

  • amen!!

  • Have you listened to Motörhead's cover of Whiplash? It's the best Metallica cover I've ever heard.

  • LMFAO

  • This is my favorite of the covers, I must say.

  • nice one abo

  • Sweet as a nut

  • IRON HORSE!!!Hell Yeah!!!

  • awesome
