just put a bit on the top lid and then put eyeliner on the inside of your bottom lid and some mascara. it looks WAY better then THAT

i agree. im kinda goth. i look just fine with just very lil blackk eyeliner on top n bottom coverin tha top lid with blackk shadow n not looking like a racoon or a clown lol that was just shitty looking. i could of did a better job on her.

This person doesn't seem very professional after all, she's good not poking her in the eye but I read you're never supposed to do eyeliner above the lash of the bottom lid (ak etc inside the eye) because the eyes can get infected. Unless you're a risk taker who likes bloodshot, unhealthy eyes. I don't think the look is worth it, in fact looks better without.
