I think videos like this and also articles and books that point these things out are very good for social change.

whenever people asked me who my role models were I always said that I didn't have any. I didn't really get the concept. I didn't know anyone who was so perfect that I should model myself around them. In hindsight, I realize that I may have had some. Superheroes. They were the only ones who held themselves to a high enough standard for me to look up to them.
