@desomar09 just changing the way i eat and a little exercise i cut out soda,bread,junk food,fast food,juice (unless its100 natural) meats with high fat,ike bacon,pork etc I still eat it just not all the time... I still eat the same exept smaller portions, and i dont eat at night! my last meal is at around 7... the latest 8! i dont beieve in strict diets because ur not going to eat like that for the rest of your life! its better to just change a few things, but allow yourself to still enjoy them
