Aloha All,, I just wonder when this video was shot, my guess would be close
to thirty years ago.. Great job, great video, beautiful Bride, great pilot, and
a great airplane.. Just beautiful lines on that airplane, but not your average "spam-can" to fly.. Bonanza drivers need not apply, not your average Cessna, that's for sure.. A 195 could be a handful to fly, it's a "modern" rendition of the Cessna Airmaster, or maybe I should say, a post-war, rendition of the "Classic
Really nice video, thanks for posting it! I like the way you synchronized the percussive accent in the music to the moment of takeoff, that was really effective.
Too bad radial-engine airplanes are so rare these days. I saw one flying (not sure what kind) for the first and only time in my life just the other day. I live near Buttonville Airport near Toronto, Canada. I wonder why they don't build planes like this anymore?
Very nice! I've come back to watch it several times; the music score definitely makes it worth it. Classic plane, elegant bride, and a man with class...
Tim this is a great video and I posted a link on my blog today as our Texas collaborative acrylic painting group has just completed a painting of the Cessna. Nancy Standlee

@BigWheelHawaii
Wendell flew that plane for 40+ years spoting fires for CDF, we was a great man and pilot. Half a dozen log books and around 20,000 hrs.
