  • hi, im looking to get this rifle for a deer, coyote, and a bush gun. im woundering if this gun is very durable and quality gun?

    thanks- jace

  • @snowsniper8 Oh yes this gun is very durable. The quality is just perfect but a .357 Mag for deer? Coyote should work but for deer I would choose something with more power.

  • @wiederladerTv thanks, and i will have to dissagree with you on the last point i think its a great caliber for deer, loaded up with barnes, or hornady ammo that deer has no chance!

  • Great review! I love the Marlin 1894C. It's a fun rifle to shoot. Thanks for sharing!

  • @Lipo Thanks brother. I love the Marlin 1894C too....nice short rifle and lot of fun shooting with it.

  • i showed this video to my friend!!!!!!

  • awesome. this vid is incredible

  • subbed

  • You sound like joergsprave

  • @angelodzn07 Realy? I watched some videos of him and I don't think that I sound like joerg.

  • Does this shoot .38 rounds as well?

  • @AkimboNinjaPWN Yes, I can shoot .38 special too!

  • @wiederladerTv Fucking a! Well, I know what I'm asking for christmas this year!

  • Nice vid! I really want one of those rifles in 44 magnum.

  • @RemMan700 Thanks buddy. This rifle in 44 magnum is very nice. A friend of me owns one. Great fun! ;-)

  • Nice grouping,I have a question for you,I have a Marlin 1895 stainless guide gun 45/70 cal and I reload a 400gr bullet with 49gr of IMR 3031 propellent.

Now I recently purchased some 500gr bullets but can't find any data on how grains of IMR 3031 powder to put behind this bullet, any help would be welcome, thanks for your time.

  • @SolitarySoldiers Thanks. well I thing the 500gr bullet is far too big for a Marlin lever-action. Suggested OAL for the 500's is nearly 3" and the Marlin will only work with a loaded OAL of about 2.550". Because of this you will severely diminish your capacity for powder...you have to seat the bullet deep in the case. Further you have to crimp the bullet but the crimp groove of the 500's is in wrong place for a Marlin. The 500's are made for bold action rifles.

  • @wiederladerTv Thank you for the info,I have had these bullets for some time and figured they were to big, thanks for the clarification on this,I purchased these at a reduced price and thought I maybe able to use them. looks like they will get melted down for re-casting in 44 mag. Thanks again from Canada..........

  • @SolitarySoldiers Do not melt them..sell them! ;-) Someone out there in Canada will pay for these bullets...

  • I would say you have that load right on the money. Stay safe.

  • @sebagosteve Oh yeah, this load is a good one for the money! ;-)

  • I have the exact same firearm and it is a lot of fun. /John

  • @bearing01 Yes it is. Normaly I used to shoot 38 special with lead bullets in this rifle...only have to keep it under 1000 fps and then they are accurate like hell. This time I'd like to have a little bit more power...if you own a rifle in .357 mag you have to shoot it in this caliber for absolute fun.

  • @wiederladerTv I agree. I load .357 Magnum: 125 grain semi-jacketed hollow point pullets with Alliant 2400 Powder for this gun and the recoil is strong enough that after 20 or so shots your shoulder will hurt. Lots of fun. /John

  • @bearing01 Sound very good. Have to try out your load data and turn coloring of my shoulder in a lithe blue green. ;-))
