I am currently posting the recipe for the buttercream on my blog which wil lbe out tomorrow, if you are interested check it out. veenaartofcakes blogspost. Regarding the dual tone. I just add two colors in the bag. The dark color towards one side of the bag in a thin line then the light color as usual. Can't explain that better. Hope it helped.
