i loved season 3!!!!!!! I know alot of people didn't but i thought there were alot of good moments and shocking moments...johnny's death, kaitlin comes back, marissa does coke, marissa's death etc. IMO season 1 was the best followed by season 3, season 2, and season 4. Season 4 was crap

nonono. k the gang just graduated and Ryan was driving Marissa to the airport so she could be with her dad on his boat. Volchuck, who was still obsessed with marissa got drunk and followed ryan and her in his car and knocked then off a ledge in his car. Marissa died and ryan survived. Baisically Ryan feels responsible for marissa's death and the plot of the fourth season is him trying to get over marissa's death and trying to kill volchuck. While the others are in college =P
