Well considering WoodenPotatoes does a story driven let's play, how about you do like main missions only and show us the best way to do them according to you. Consisting of builds and well tactic if you may call it that. Just an idea :)
@iDTheil WP is right, I thought about it for a long time but there's already plenty of guides available, on wiki, pvx and even several on Youtube - both commentated and not. I would've probably done it if this were 2 years ago, but not enough people need them now.
@magicalmike2 You can record whole games with FRAPS running the whole time, or you can use LoLRecorder to save the whole game then FRAPS what you need.
@levykid That's not what I meant =P I was referring to how I'd actually stitch it together in to a proper video, I'm not willing to put out full games because I'm terrible, haha.
I think a lot of views just come from having the right title and tags etc, when it comes to stuff like GW2 anyway where people are mostly trying to find out more about it.
@Drewxor Oh definitely, that stuff does matter but a lot of the "popular" videos are completely full of fluff content. I don't want to see a 2 minute video that basically says "GW2 beta announced" that has thousands of views, it's nonsense to me =S
But seriously, sure, sounds like a neat little series. Do make Guild Wars 2 videos though. Someone has to troll Potatoes (or do you call him Flail?) while he pretends to be a good mesmer.
I do intend to do GW2 videos when it's actually available to me, but I really don't want to do what other people are doing at the moment.
We call him Flail in-game, WP, Potatoes, y'know. I'll make it a mission to follow him when he's recording and mess up any profession combos he might try =P
