Looks nice so far, If you do need to balance it just lay it sideways on something. The heaviest wing will go to the bottom. Then add washers to your wing mounting bolts on the lighter wings until all 3 wings are the same weight.
Yes thanks, i made good progress but now it sort of on hold. I'm sick for more then a year now and when it comes to building these windmills you need money for stuff like magnets and all. I don't have money to spare right now so. I remember our conversation on instructables. I even remember your from Olen. hehe. Can't wait to see your turbine. Good luck with it. Greetings
Suggestion: Remove the seals from the bearings. Remove all traces of grease with solvent. Dry bearings. Lubricate using powered graphite. Reinstall the seals. You will be amazed at the difference. I tried this on the unit I am building.
Right now i'm working on a solar can heater for my appartment cause that has priority for now. Its cold here and i don't want to spend to much on heating. Belgium is already expensive enough as it is. hehe

Thx doug.
Hope i can make it usefull in time.
Connect a axial flux generator on it but i'm not sure about the size of everything ( magnets, coils size, wire size, windings.
Sugestions are more then welcome.
