I find it weird that most gays arent even accepted in Gaza or the West Bank. Some Palestinian Gays have been killed for being gay and yet, the gay community looks different at them. I know its fun to show solidarity and protest what you believe in, but 95% of what the queer community believes will be conflicting with Palestinians who arent as open to homosexuals as Israelis are. They love your support, but they will not recognize you as gays. They will even threaten you. Shame!

I agree that Palestine probably discriminates homosexuals more than Israel, but that doesn't mean that I, as a gay man should support one side over the other. Even if one side might hate me, I still care for the people dying on both sides. It is still human life. And I think that's what Greyson was trying to say.

Please remember that we shouldn't just support the human rights of people that respect our human rights! Instead we have to support the human rights of ALL human beings! This is what makes them human rights! By simply being a human being, there rights you have and we as privileged Canadians should at the very least peacefully protest to protect the human rights of ALL human beings!
