The most overpowered unit in this game, i think, is the Sassanid Clibinarii General. I faced off against 5 units of these with three full different armies once. They totally slaughtered me. And i was facing the AI(!!) Archers, Legio Lanciarii, Heavy Cavalry, nothing could touch them.

Add this to the list of overpowered units LOMBARD BERSERKERS, I played a game against Ace and i charge his zerks with cav which killed about half, then they went berserk, there were like 5 left, and this one guy odes his weird like spin with his sword-the one where the animation looks totally fooked and his one swing took nearly 20 cav out NO JOKE. Berserkers were tough but not so tough as they could take out nearly 20 cats in one swing.

Hands down the most overpowered unit in the game is plumbatarii. I used a regular roman army against the alemanni army you see here and it decimated all of his infantry including bezerkers before they could even touch me.

Zerkers are way to overpowered vs cavalry. They would have been most effective vs infantry I think. Heavy cav would obliterate any thing except for heavy or spear armed infantry.

same here my plumbatarii were in fire at will mode and then the zerks went bezerk.

i threw my plumba at the zerks and they routed and had only had 3 men in them.
