This must have been one of those Hammar machines. My boss said we aren't gonna buy any since they don't have the safety system to stop dumas operators. The Steelbro one has the saftey system that saves lives and, lucky for this guy it was just a car.

The owner of the green car is lucky, if he parked it 1 ft over to his right it would have been completely crushed instead it got scratched and pushed to oneside

I got to work one day and found my truck was not there, Turns out the night driver tried to pick up 40ft of paper from Nudgee recycling depot, without using the stabilizer legs. felt sorry for her cause it paid well.

That was my take on the situation, i think as he lifted it, it moved to the wrong side and then from then on he was always playing catch up, i think the Driver was just a little bit unlucky. Not to much Damage done though, the Truck won"t be that badly damaged and the Car might just need a some panels and a spray job. I"ve used Hi-Abs Cranes before but nothing like that.

I can explain this in europe the trailers do'nt have twist locks on the fron't the container sits in a large cutout at the at its front witch slots over the chassi as the iab put on the strain the box is not high enough to clear the cut out and when it releases bang .the sudden shift in weight results in this.

Don't know where in Europe you are living but I am from the Netherlands and over here the trailers DO have twist locks on the front.

Think when they lifted it, it started swinging for some reason. the wind, or they lifted it too fast, or bad loading inside the container, and then it just fell on the wrong side
