First u need a soda bottle, and a cork that will plug the opening of the bottle...than get a bike pump and get a air needle that will fit on the bike pump nozzle(likethe neddles on those little ball pumps)....than push the air needle through the cork....fill up your bottle with water half way.....take the cork with the needle through it and put it into the the opening of the bottle... tape a straw to the side of the bottle then put that on a launch pad ....start pumping and it should take off
