  • Galactic football.

I have never liked football but that show made me wanna watch more football whit my brother.

The show was a mix whit sci fi and sport. And the characters was great.

    It was awesome.

    P.S. I had a crush on Rocket.

  • Ed, Edd N'Eddy could work as a movie.

  • Do you believe that Kim Possible should become a movie? Maybe Emma Stone to play as her?

  • hey erod when you do the phantom menace here is what you should do for it. At the beggining have flashback seen of you stumbling out of the theatre, emotionally distrought from P.M. there you find the hammer and a scene of you gaining your powers. Then at the end of the review, learning you have to review A.OTC, have another reviewer come and doing a cameo and of you regaining your cofidense P.S. don't do my horrible ideas

  • For me Mazinger Z is another series that deservess a high budget movie.

  • I loved codename Kids Next Door! If they ever ade a movie, I hope the villain would be Father. He was awesome! Also I absoutelt loved his kickass voice!

  • I guess fedora freddy is to lazy to do shit in most of your cartoons

  • I'm from Ecuador so I know what is like to hear your favorite cartoons in Spanish. By any chance did they use to show "Festival de Robots" in Puerto Rico? And if they did, did you like it?

  • @gogotero99 I guess they didn't, cause i don't know what that is.

  • Sym Bionic Titan reminds me of Ufo Robot Grendizer.

  • You might want to take back that danny Phantom movie idea because when it comes to theatrical movie ideas Nickelodeon can really suck at it (unless it's animated).

  • That boring unfunny cartoon network reject "Dragon Hunters" and that Avatar: Last Airbender wannabe "Shaolin Showdown" made the cut? But my two ALL TIME FAVORITE CARTOONS "Redwall" and "American Dragon: Jake Long" didn't? C'MON MAN!!!

  • @MovieDoctorful Jake Long? Really?

  • @ERod2010

Yeah. It was a great show. What's the "Really?" for. And Blair Witch Project was fucking awesome as well.

  • @ERod2010 what it has rufio/zuko who voiced the main role in that

  • @MovieDoctorful xialin showdown came first and the only thing those shows have in common are the basic element groups and if anything its more of a wannbe version of the Jackie Chan show

  • @MovieDoctorful Xoalin Showdown came a year before Avatar the Last Airbender, and the stories are nothing alike, check your facts before you post something.

  • U know ERod this was the fiest video I saw of u in TGWTG and ever since that I became a fan!!!!

  • @BattlefieldJoe97 cool, I'm glad you dig it.

  • Mr. ERod, I saw on wikipedia there was a rumor of a computer-animated KND made with Universal, and Illumination Entertainment, the people who made Despicable Me and the new Lorax movie. See KND's list of eps on wikipedia to find it.

  • It's now obvious that you're going to review episode I for your 100th episode, but will you do the same thing you did with the Resident Evil movies and review all the stars wars prequels in a row?

  • @FrontAlleyBoys no.

  • i've at least watched Samurai Jack, KND, Xiaolin Showdown and Megas XLR but i've never seen Dungeons and Dragons, Dark Water, Mighty max or Dragon hunters and i agree with your standing on Captain N the Gay master, Danny Phantom and ReBoot.

ever Watched Thomas and Friends? P.P.S it's unique how social you are with your fans compared to other people who post reviews on youtube.

  • @christiansoldier11 ...It's the least I can do.

  • erod what you think about storm hawks that show is amazing to say the least

  • @KainFuery Never saw it.

  • @ERod2010 to bad that show is really amazing cartoon show

  • Exosquad!!!

Has anyone heard of this? 50 years Prior to the events of the series, Humanities eugenically cultured creations, the Neo Sapiens, staged an unsuccessful rebellion to free themselves from a life of slave labor. THanks to the mech design called an E-Frame, the humans subdued the rebellion easily. Now, under Phaeton (modeled after historical information about Adolf Hitler, of all antagonists) they're back to finish the job, conquering the Earth in a swift act of subterfuge.

  • @ertoolong Neo Sapiens kinda reminds me of Casshern! Anyway it sounds pretty interesting!

  • Comment removed

  • I'd probably think of better choices if I really got to thinking about it.

However, one of my favorite cartoons is Teen Titans, something I believe would be pretty cool if they either

    A) Revived the show

    B) Captured the show's badass premise correctly in a feature film.

  • no anime? that explains why no full metal alchemist. Oh well. I still love the list!

  • @NoMorePopMusic I appreciate that.

  • Centurions should get a movie, dudes in suits of interchangeable modular armor, that teleports from space. awefull (means full of awe)

  • @TK4541 there is nothing awful about the Centurions. POWER EXTREME!!!!

  • @ERod2010 its the original meaning of awefull as in full of awe (that's why it looks misspelled). better than awesome which actually means some awe.

  • You don't like How to Train Your Dragon?

  • @KindleKwest It wasn't bad, I just found it to be the usual predictable hollywood fairy tale, and like I said in the vid, I found it annoying how much they borrowed from Dragon Hunters.

  • @ERod2010 If they did, it was probably accidental. HtTYD is based on a kids book from 2003, before Dragon Hunters.

  • @KindleKwest How good is Dragon Hunters? I'll send word the rest of the guys playtesting Dragon the Embers.

  • @Demolitiondude Is this a question or my opinion?

  • @KindleKwest It's a question.

  • @KindleKwest

rumor is they were going to have the movie be faithful to the book but then they decided to go with another direction. (read the wiki on the book and how it ended, little glad they made that decision) most likely they liked somethings from Dragon Hunters and added to to the movie.

  • Freakazoid should get a movie.

  • Speaking of pirates of dark water, have you played the SNES game based on it?

  • @jm7940 no.

  • @ERod2010 Well it was pretty good for what I remember.

  • @ERod2010 Will you review Silent night, Deadly night?

  • @adshield Probably not, that's more Phelous' territory.

  • @ERod2010 Besides, it's almost christmas. Will you do it on christmas?

  • @adshield I don't do Blockbuster Buster eps for Christmas.

  • @ERod2010 Oh. Well it would be great if you could do it someday.

  • what about the cowboy Lucky Luke

  • No Street Sharks?

  • @MrIronWar No... afraid of sharks... it's all Jaws' fault

  • @ERod2010 Understandable.

  • O And The one That Would Kick All Movies At The Box Office If Made, It's A Late Comer But It Should Be A Must In The Top 10 It's The One The Only

    "BANANA MAN"

The Best Show Of All Time When I Was A Kid.

  • Ok I Live In Australia So We Got A Hole Lot Of Shows From Across The World I Do Agree With Most Of Them In The Top 10, But As A Kid These Are One's I Would Give Blood To Be Made Into Movies; 1. Count Duckula 2. Victor and hugo 3. Trap Door (Best Opening Song Ever) 4. Danger Mouse 5. ROGER RAMGET (HELL YER) 6.Dark wing Duck 7. Biker Mice From Mars 8. Beast Wars (The Old One) 9. Tail Spin 10. Super Ted. Come On Who's With Me!..... Sorry Got Cared Away.

  • What would be your stance on a live action Daria? Personally, I'd be sold if they got Ellen Page in the title role. Could well be a Paramount movie based on a cartoon that won't win the Worst Picture Razzie.

  • @tolchok89 I love Daria, I think that one should stay a cartoon.

  • what no Invader Zim

    TACOS

  • Any cartoon I to see as live action big budget movie is Exosquad.

You have militray drama, sci-fi mecha fights, think avatar, and different cast of characters you can make trilogy of this series 3 times.

  • @ERod2010 - Oh really? Well then, butter my backside and call me a biscuit! Lemme at it! :D

My visualization of the movie: the "Awakening" episodes. There's actually a great vid on youtube here that really does it a great service called "The Awakening (Music Video)" compiled by "Rider4Z".

  • Honestly, I think Disney's 1993 hit series "Gargoyles" deserves some serious blockbuster love. <3 It had a complex and intriguing plot that left you wanting to know more! :)

  • @recniterockerchick Dude, I did a hole Casting couch for that one... The only way I could give that show more love is if I married it!!!

  • @ERod2010 Samurai Jack? KND? Danny Phantom? Xiaolin Showdown? Megas XLR? You watched all of those shows? You are now officially my favorite internet reviewer.

  • you know I hear some is trying to make a samurai jack movie so you should do a casting epi on who you would want to play the roles

  • hey wtf what about Justice League I would love to see this as a person movie Lex Luthor is a genius teamed up with super villians to destroy the heroes and did I forget they team up against braniac so bring Justice League to the big screen

  • @341Batman Two things: 1) I already did casting couch on a justice league movie, and 2) This was a list of obscure and unlikely candidates for movies.

  • Two words: BATMAN BEYOND!!!

And if they do make this into a live-action movie, they should get Clint Eastwood as old Bruce Wayne. Just seeing Gran Torino and Million Dollar Baby sold me that he could pull that off.

  • A show that I would enjoy being turned into a movie is Code Lyoko. It's so odd and quirky that it could definitely work as a movie. If you don't know, It's a show about four kids at a prestigious school (Middle or high I'm not sure), who find an abandoned factory and an abandoned super computer. Upon rebooting the supercomputer, they unleash an evil virus/entity known as Xana upon the world. The kids must enter the computer to stop his schemes, and rescue a computer program named Aelita.

  • They also deal with their normal lives, like ttrying to fit in school when Xana is attacking. They have so many close calls too. It's a crazy show, and it definitely deserves to be a movie.

  • @Akamaruisawesome Would that one count as an anime though?

  • @Rexamillion90 No actually. It does seem like an anime, but it was actually made by an animation company in France. It's original name was called Garage Kids.

  • No brainer for me...KIM POSSIBLE!

  • Sam and Max: Freelance Police. Have you ever even seen this show? Would make one kickass movie. /watch?v=sXLmcjWUjUU

  • @lovetodo22 Yeah, I think I've heard of it.... DEATH FROM ABOVE!!!!

  • @ERod2010 You crack me up, little buddy

  • @lovetodo22 Oh, gosh Skipper!!!

  • @ERod2010 What? Does my arsenal look big in these pants? /watch?v=kpCuhyfU9hc

    1:21 - 1:34

  • @lovetodo22 Oh, Oh, I just had a great idea... that doesn't involve high explosives.

  • @ERod2010 Nobody will mind if I borrow a bike-- don't look, kid

  • Fuck yeah "Pirates of Dark Water"! I didn't find that show until about 3 years ago, but when I found it, I sat down and watched every episode in less than a week! So awesome! :D

  • i think invader zim should be turned into a movie to bad that tey cancled the show halfway between the second season because the ratings took a small dip and Jhonen Vasquez will never returen to the show even if he was offered to.

    long live INVADER ZIM!

  • comes running back after watching* This list is...EPIC! (well for me anyway) You had stuff on this list that I was always like, "hey why the was this not made into a movie??" Then the other half was stuff I sat back asking, "why didn't I think of that??

    Bows down to the master*

  • @KitsuneNights Yes, yes, when you are done bowing, bring me pie... lots and lots of pie! Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha!!!!!

  • i love the kids next door! it would be so cool to see the delightful children in real life, and of course, father

*imagines irl franny with obscurus lupa hair*

    0_0

  • my only problem with this vid is the fact you said the second D&D is horrible. it is better than the first despite more drawbacks, the dragons look better, the plot is something you would see in a basic D&D campaign, but the commentary track is AWESOME.

  • @Riathsin I'm not disagreeing that it's better than the first movie, but it still doesn't compare to the show.

  • @ERod2010 Sad to say but I never saw the show (born 1991) the closest I got was Skydancers and the obys version of Dragonflies(?) both almost the same show just pallet swapped for boys and girls.

  • That was affirming right there. I've had a vision for a Danny Phantom movie for a while now and when I explain it to my friends I always say "It's Ghostbusters meets Spider-man." I'm not joking. That's EXACTLY how I always say it. That movie NEEDS to be made!

  • What do you think of Dexter's Laboratory being made into a movie or Johnny Bravo? Would those make good movies?

  • @swfanlver Maybe Dexter, cause the show was so epic, but Johnny Bravo, I don't know that probably would be tedious, while it might be hilarious to watch him fail at picking up women for 5 to 7 minutes I don't think I could stand to watch the same running gag for an hour and a half to two hours.

  • @ERod2010 Your probably right. A Dexter movie would be epic.

  • Invader Zim!! I was literally waiting for you to say that one in the review lol

  • Wow that's cool Live action Danny Phantom huh? That would be surperb if they did that I wouldn't mind to see it on theaters I always watched that show on Nickeledeon and very funny too.

  • is there eny other place where to watch it besides that guy with the glasses? because i cant enter the page

  • To see a reboot movie!

  • I would kill,!,

  • Thank you so so much for putting Danny Phantom on the list, it was one of my favorites and I've been saying all last week MAKE IT A MOVIE DAMIT!

  • 10. I was talking about that with my friends not to long ago

    9. I didn't watch it much but was good when I did. But I liked Spy Kids

    8. Not a fan of the show really. I tried to watch it and it didnt age well. ONE MORE THING, I loved Jackie Chan....

    7. I never watched Mighty Max really. My cousin had the toys but I didnt and I didnt watch the show

6.I never watched that either but sounds okay. I hope that it gets better treatment then the other D&D movies

  • 5. Captain N? Really? The idea of the show is cool but was done in shitty way. If they can do it in good way on silver screen, nice

    4. That was a cool show. The ghosts were cool.

    3. Never heard of it,,,,,

    2. I never watched it b but remember seeing ads

1.I never saw or heard of it either...

Number 10 would be my #1. I recently watched it again and I still found it as good as I did as a kid. Animation has aged though but that adds to the nostalgia factor

  • Well I just saw in Wikipedia that ReBoot is announced to have a film trilogy in 2008. But ReBoot wasn't my favorite Rainmaker studios show, I don't say it wasn't cool but something was missing, something I found in Shadow Raiders series - a space opera with more adult feel into it, more plot twists and character growth. Whole worlds consumed bu unknown entity known only as the Beast planet, plus the main character is called Graveheart cool.

  • Got your message and even though it's true ERod, the Pirates of Dark Water hasen't been picked up and so far won't be a movie. You did do your Casting Couch for the Gargoyles cartoon. And unless you have heard anythihng we haven't, that has not been approved for a movie. :-p. Besides, I would LOVE to see who you pick as the cast for PoDW. Cause out of ALL your CC eps, I only found 2 unfit out of...more then 20+!!

  • Comment removed

  • Dude, I love your picks!

Honestly, what I think should've happened to SJ was that it should've been 100 eps. Not exaggerating; It's so diverse and anachronistic that it can be taken anywhere. Plus, if you saw ep XXXII, you'd want to see that future. If Megas XLR was a movie, all I want is a David DeLuise (Coop's VA) cameo and to see a giant Bruce Campbell floating head. As for my picks: Bump in the Night, Carmen Sandiego, Earthworm Jim, Courage the Cowardly Dog, the Tick, and Chaotic.

  • M.A.S.K. should be made into a movie. It was an awesome show but I never understood why they got rid of the secret identity part of the show when they did the racing season. It ruined the show and that is why it was canceled.

  • cmon seriuosly!? no STATIC SHOCK!?

  • @cloudeydaudy Dude, every comic is being made in to a movie. There will be a Static Shock movie any minute now. I was trying to concentrate on the least likely (but worthy) candidates.

  • I know you have not seen this show, but if you do make another version of this list, you should put NASCAR Racers on it. It was a 2-season show on FOX-Kids originally designed as advertising for NASCAR, but it was pretty good in terms of animation and story.

  • I really liked the video you did. But I was wondering, something. You said you grew up in puerto rico and watched the Spanish dub of dungeons and dragons. I was curious which of the other shows you watched in Spanish first. I only mention this because you were talking about the English voice actor Tony Jay and it made me wonder what stuff you saw in which language. Anyway great video and I will be sure to check out your other videos!

  • @cardboardwalk Well we had cable, so I could watch always watch North american Television, but every now and then the local channels would get dubed cartoons. I watched He-man, She-ra, Ghost Busters, DnD, Silver Hawks, Mask, TMNT, just to name a few.

  • I faintly remember being told that samuri Jack is being made into a movie.

  • I freakin' LOVE Xia Lin showdown and Megas XLR. And Danny Phantom. Daniel Lee Curtis as Tucker.

And I think a Captain N movie would work if they set up the other game characters with an Avengers- like movie series.

  • Birdman would make a cool movie although they never told us how he got his powers in the first place. I hated how cartoon network ruined the character by turning him into a tv show host. YUCK!

  • You should bust the complete series of Birds of Prey. That was a terrible series.

  • Thundercats should be made into a movie. That show was awesome and the new series is great too.

  • Static shock.

Animaniacs, ya know if they went roger rabbit with it.

Would swat kats work as a movie?

    Freakazoid.

Batman beyond, If only the dark knight rises wouldn't be the last batman film christopher nolan would make.

So far thats all I got.

  • @jm7940 Problem with making Batman Beyond into a movie is that Nolan hates Robin and never brought Batgirl into it either. Both would have to be introduced before doing the movie since you see the Nightwing costume and the Tim Drake costume in the background of the cave and Barbara Gordon becomes the new Commissioner of the police.

  • @biguy617 I did not know that.

  • @biguy617 Well, you could get away with those little things; though the girl in BB and TDK could grow up to be Barbara, though it'd lose its touch. Personally though, Direct Adaption or Nola Cannon, if they ever make a Batman Beyond movie, this is all i want: Kevin Conroy as Elder Bruce Wayne

  • I think INVADER ZIM should be a movie, and if the studio is smart enough the rate for that movie should be at least PG-13, an R rating is to dream way too high. And should have a great soundtrack. personally I suggest "Scum Of The Earth" of Rob Zombie and "Shut Me Up" of Mindless SelfIndulgence. Who's with me?

  • Lets hope they don't cast Seth Rogen in Mega XLR.

  • The parents in Danny Phantom were annoying.

  • Reboot was like tron so it really sounds like a ripoff of Tron if it was made into a movie.

  • If I had to make a contribution to this list, Batman Beyond; talk about a sick cartoon. The director of the Immortals movie has plans on making Samurai Jack.

  • To be honest, Triple B, I don't think KND and Xiaolin would translate well into live action movies. Some of the most fun parts about those series is the over the top ridiculousness, like the character designs or the weapons. I don't think it's possible to translate that to live action and get the same effect.

  • you should bust the Jim Carrey Girnch or maybe Mike Myers Cat in the hat.

  • I must say... You are missing "Skeleton Warriors"

  • King of the Hill.

Most of the movie should be Hank, Dale, Jeff and Bill standing on the street talking.

  • MAN, I've been searching forever for the name of the cartoon that you've put as #1 ''Dark Water''. I've watched it long ago, only a few episodes but enough for me to remember it . Every so often I would remember it and try to find it but couldn't ... thanx man ! :)

  • @thundreturtle Glad to be of service.

  • Very good picks ERod. On the Megas XLR pick, I agree with half of the Jack Black argument. Yes, he doesn't have to play every funny fat guy out there (Kevin James took that title), but he should be at least plan B. Unlike some of the films he's been in, he's not all fart jokes. Best case in point, Brutal Legend, it may be a game but he can be funny with being vulgar. Mostly.

  • Ok...I know that Avatar: TLA had a movie. (And we don't talk about it)

It needs a new movie. It doesn't have to take place within the Last Airbender story, just within the Universe of the franchise. I would love to see a movie based on a firebender Avatar or a Earth Bender Avatar. If the CGI effects are too expensive, they just have to keep it to a minimal...I think fans would be ok with that.

  • Now i have to find all these other shows I haven't seen before. Personally, mine top is Gargoyles, cause i've thought of ways for a movie of that. Don't worry Erod; one show i watched, Starship Troopers: Roughnecks, was canceled RIGHT AFTER THE FINALE! Say, have you ever considered trying to write a script of one of these shows to sell to a studio? I would see a movie with your name on it thats for sure

  • @Conspirator19 I wrote a Justice League one and a Darkwing Duck one, their in my closet some were.

  • I think they should make movies based off the 90's series The Real Adventures of Johnny Quest. With awesome antagonists such as Ezekiel Rage, Jeremiah Surd, and of course the James Bond-esque super villian Dr. Zen each movie would have plenty of material to work with. If done well, a Carmen Sandiego movie in the style of National Treasure, Mission Impossible 1, and other spy thrillers would be amazing.

  • I saw this video on Blip.tv and I really can not complain all your choices I loved or never got into however I think the time has passed for a Captain N movie mainly because The Captains Zapper would be replaced with a wii numchucks (Shudder) I would have replaced it with Captain Planet another series with a great concept but poor exicution.

also I would have put in

    Rescue Rangers,

Where on earth is Carmen Sandiego,

    Space Ghost,

    &Dynomutt

  • if i had to pick one show that should be made into a movie it would have to be Ed Edd n' Eddy... waiit the big picture show... well a THEATRICAL movie then.

a Merry holiday clusterf*ck to you and all those on TGWTG (especially the Bum)

  • @christiansoldier11 lol Ed Edd and Eddy would be soooo awesome. But where are they going to find a guy with no chin?

  • I'm being overwhelmed by my childhood!

  • Holy Shit I've seen all the cartoons growing up that's on your list, and I thought I forgot about Mighty Max too! Like I said on your previous video on this Top 10,Their is a REBOOT Movie in the works. Hell you can even see a Teaser Trailer for it online and yes this is going to be a Trilogy! Though I can't be certain but I heard on Samurai Jack's Complete Series DVD is Jack's Predetermined Ending is on it, I was never able to get it when it came out WHICH I WANT IT! but I digress.

  • good job as always I couldn't think of any shows that weren't anime so I'm just gonna wait until hollywood runs out of ideas and actually makes it into a movie

  • My are

    Loin King (avatar treatment)

    Tarzan

    Johnny Quest

    Gargoyles

    Venture Bros

    Johnny Bravo

    Dexter's Lavatory

    Samurai Jack

Justice Friends (as a spin off if Deter gets made)

  • I know this isn't a cartoon but I would love to see a movie of the Animorphs that series was kick ass imo .

  • 5. Captain N. I dont know if that would work.

    4. Danny phantom. YES. But it will have to come down to what they do with it.

    3. Dragon hunters. I think it could work. Though I never saw the show.

    2. Megas XLR. Just keep micheal bay away from this and I think we'll be fine.

    1. Pirates of dark water. I dont remember much from the show, but I do remember watching it.

  • 10. Reboot. I have not watched much of it.

    9. Kids next door. I dont know, its one of those ideas that can work on paper but, I dont know.

    8. This I can see working. As long as they dont go dragonball evolution, or last airbender with it. Also i'm gonna have to have a discussion with you about jackie chan adventures.

    7. Mighty max. Have not heard of it.

    6. Dungeons & Dragons. Again have not heard of it.

  • Also Eric, a fun fact. It was because of us, the cartoon network viewers that KND was aired. As you said, the first KND episode was just a short, but at that time, there were a bunch of other shows that aired shorts. Awhile later, Cartoon Network put up a poll that let us vote for which short we wanted to become a full fledged show, and we voted KND. It had the most votes, and thus became a show, becoming the adult fighting tyranny that we know and love today.

  • @Vegeta241 Cool, thanks. And use my code name damn it, the adults, might be listening.

  • Pretty awesome idea, having Kids Next Door be a movie. I wonder who you would cast for the villains if such a movie was made?

  • @Vegeta241 I'd like to see him do a set of videos on that as well as cast for the others as well.

  • Was completely gob-smacked with with your choice of number one. When i started the vid i thought about PoDW and how it would be great but never for 1min thought you would have it on your list. no one i have ever talked to has ever watched that show and i was beginning to believe that i had imagined it.

Apart from that and D&D i didn't agree with list mainly as half of them i hadn't heard of and the rest i found very meh.

A point on Reboot: i thought it looked dated when it came out in 94.

  • I agree, I literally screamed 'YES' when Pirates of Dark Water came in 1st. Now you know what you have to do now? Next year you have to do a casting couch of the characters for that show if they did make a movie. That would be great to see!

  • @LilFireFox I'll consider it, I only try to do Casting Couches about movies that are rumored or in Pre-production, but a PofDW Casting Couch is very tempting.

  • I know this one probably might get me some haters, but what about the Swat Kats? It was one of my first favorite cartoon series as a kid and I was HOOKED on that awesome theme song, and haveing that TurboKat soar in and blast a Matchhead missile into some bad monster dude. Or have Razor drop out of the T-Kat on his Motorcycle for a infiltartion mission, or the awesome kungfu and gadgets of the SwatKAts,...okay thats enough fanboyness. summarize!!! Swat Kats would be on my list somewhere.

  • @Rexamillion90 Ted Turner would NEVER allow it unfortunately.

  • @Rexamillion90 Actually Swat Kats was originally on the list but I took it off cause I wanted to stick to shows with Human Protagonist, but because you and many others keep suggesting it I might just put it on the sequel to this episode.

  • @ERod2010 Well Im glad I at least wasn't too far off there. But I understand what you mean, hmm maybe a top non human protagonist set, but not sure who else would be on that list.....hmmm lests see....Street Sharks...Dinosaurs...Gargoyles would be awesome for that last too, hmmm heh...ohh Courage the Cowardly Dog would be an interesting one. Hmm then again at this point I'm just trying to remember non human leads let alone picking favorites at this point.

  • You hit the freaking nail on the head with the Pirates of Dark Water. Dear god it was painful to see that get canceled. Now as far as any animated series that deserves the big screen treatment, technically Michael Bay already has his grubby hands on the franchise and sadly I don't want him touching Beast Wars. What I WOULD like to see is Johnny Quest!

  • @Domanese PS - Another one though I am way more iffy about was the Visionaries: Knights of the Magical Light. When I was a child I loved this series but I haven't seen it in a long time so maybe it hasn't aged well. Least to in my eyes. Same went for King Arthur and the Knights of Justice. Johnny Quest on the other hand makes me just ask one question... "Why hasn't this happened yet!?"

  • @Domanese Oh... I just remembered a very obvious choice. Batman Beyond.

  • I'm surprised you didn't mention Kim Possible, considering how you list the show as a favorite. Otherwise, I was with you to the last 2, as I had never heard of them.

Another one that would be awesome turned into a movie, only because of the epic special effects it would require: Turbo Teen!

  • @osutuba I forgot to include that on my list. Kim Possible would be better than them Twilight movies in my opinoin, but as long as they cast them right and dnt make a live action lio and stich

  • @Connect200 So you'd rather see it as an animated movie?

  • @osutuba Holy Shit! Turbo Teen? And I though I was being risky when I listed Captain N.

  • @ERod2010 That WAS risky. I agree with you that they turned Simon into a total wussified priss. That was nothing like I envisioned him when I played Castlevania.

  • Erod, THANK YOU!

thank you so so much for putting Pirates of Dark Water on your number one spot.

That show is AWESOME! Why the hell was it cancelled, it was epic!

This better be a movie one day; hell, it has plot that could spand over a line movies, afterall theres thirteen treasures.

Have a merry christmas Erod, see ya next year ^__^

  • @TheLadySilverMoon You are welcome my Lady, and merry Christmas to you too.

  • Who doesn't dig giant robots?

  • @theluiginater As long as we are not talking about the Robots in Michael Bay'sTransformers movies.
