I think a full movie of Jean from her days beginning w the proffesor after her traumatic episode w her dying friend, being a model and thru Phoenix 2 present would b a faboulos story. 2 bad there arnt more diehard dorks out there like me that feel so ;)

First off, it's a common misconception that everyone "hated" X-Men 3. They didn't, despite how badly certain members of the fanboy community would want you to believe that.

Secondly, it was just lazy writing. They spent the entire movie acting like this was a "prequel" to the trilogy, and then they add those plot holes. And using the excuse that X-Men 3 "didn't exist" was a poor one to back it up, if that is indeed what they were doing.

Brilliant stuff! Jean Grey is someone I defintely think would be part of X-Men FC2 (where they start to bring in the mutants Xavier classed 'amongst his first' like Scott, Jean and Ororo).
