River Cottage - Butterflied, grilled chilli squid recipe

I live in America and one day I was fortunate enough to stumble accross the show Escape to River Cottage and i can honestly say it changed my life. None of his shows even aired in the states but i found a way to watch every minute of every show Hugh made. He inspires me to live a simple life and never take things for granted. He has changed my view of what i heat, how i eat it, and where it comes from, and it's welfare. I thank Hugh he is amazing!

You got to love Hugh, one of the most articulate Chefs on TV, and most interesting. Always a joy to watch. Makes my treadmill sessions in the gym so much more bearable if he comes on TV while I am there.
