@C0DESUB At the time when i made this video i was using vista and the program did not work right for the GUI because there was none on xp so thats why its XP. If your looking for wobble windows go to the effects page and look for: Nimi Visuals GUI like Linux Wobble Windows or try this:

actually it didnt work on my pc either i think its a dead app anyway because i went to the stardock website and they dont even have it for download on the main page. you have to dig for it like if theyre ashamed of it.

well i havent seen this work on vista properly with intel or AMD but the cheapest CPU is AMD for factory but this program is supported with CPU AMD GPU NAVIDEA so you should be fine but if you have vista and it lags then its suported for windows XP not vista. But let me know so i can warn others if it laggs thanks!
