You need to fry the ground pork with ShouXing and some drops of sesame oil. And I would cut the beans double or tripple that long so that you can handle them much easier and more efficient with the chop sticks while eating.

不专业,以一个学生来说这不算太差,如果要教别人就不要误人子弟啦。刀工一点也不会,抄菜先放姜蒜爆油这点基本的理论就每个中国人都知道了吧,哪有中途放的。对一些不懂做菜的老外来说还能混得过去。可能有一些老外也知道,你还是delete它吧,如果是一个老外来点你做中餐的weak point就没面子了。看你也应该在英国吧,去london Chinatown的restaurant里学一学吧
