As a former binman i can honestly say these people dont have a clue how much hard work it is collecting refuse i'd like to see you lot do it you live in a coastal town and put your refuse out in the sacks stupid the answer is simple buy yourselves a plastic or metal bin with a lid on it problem solved it really is that simple

Black sacks versus seagulls is a no contest - but not everywhere can have wheelie bins, won't fit in my many houses in my street and to be fair, the refuge people do a good job of cleaning up (Milward/St Mary's)
