WOW My childhood just flashed before my eyes! My dad had a keyboard with this song I would listen to it over and over again, that was over 15 years ago, man I am getting old. I just got the toon stuck in my head today and said I need to find it (although what's up with the car sounds at the beginning?)
I liked the way Casio had hidden easter eggs in their keyboards. There were some sounds you couldn't get unless you used the midi inputs to change channels.
I found two of these at a local flea market... One with the extra sound effects and the standard version for about $20. This a great post; thanks a bunch.
Thank you so much for this!!! This song encompasses a lot of childhood piano memories for me. I'd totally forgotten about it until my sister called me up tonight and asked me how the tune on our keyboard went, and I couldn't remember it! All I remembered was that we had a Casio, so I was going through all of the Youtube Casio Demo song videos until I found this one!
They are getting expensive these days. One's best bet is to go for the CSM-1 module. It is much less expensive than the keyboard due to it's obscurity.
I had a CT-370. It's an cool song. The only thing is that the keyboard can't be played like that and I can hear tones which can only be found within the rhythms.
I love the song 'You Spin Me Right Round' by Dead or Alive because it uses heaps of Casiotone instruments.
This was perhaps my first ever 'favorite song' (the CT-370 version) when I was 4---nearly 20 years ago now. I used to push that demo button over and over. I'm really surprised to see it here. I don't think I ever knew about the song's origin.
I used to do that too on my cousin's keyboard... There was this one time on our beach house that we put the keyboard outside and I pretended I was playing the song; I was 5 around that time and the people walking down to the beach thought I was doing a show and stopped to saw me play!
@XPogaX Wow sounds alot like me, today for some reason I started humming some of the tune in my head and was like "where did that come from" next thing you know I wanted to see if I could find a copy of this song. My father owned an old casio (I wonder if it still works)? Back when I was 5 or younger (i am 21 now) I would listen to this over and over, I think I have an older version cause the vehcle sounds and rushing water, those didn't exist in the one I listened to. Need to remake this in APB
This song brought back SO many good memories. Prior to watching this, I never knew its name, and forgot about it. Thanks for posting this.
Also, is it just me, or does the Casio logo in the video look like the Geico logo?

Holy crap, man. I had one of these as a kid...
This demo brings back so many times of just sitting there with headphones on, tuning out, and playing whatever I felt like.
If only I could find my old one, and hope it still works...

I agree, LPT! This reminds of the time I stole Leise's disco belt and buried it in the backyard.
