I once laned all the way from the first tureet to the inhib wih vlad with this combo on minions: first use sanguine pool to damage all of them at one then use tides of blood to damage most of the remaining ones and then use transfusion to heal and pick off the last few... Try it and ur team will love u for push ur lane so far!

You might be able to get gold and exp from minions, but killing the enemy underlevels them and lets you farm much better, you can use and your cooldowns on creep instead of the enemy, and a kill is like 20 creep kills, so id rather have 12 kills with a soulstealer than 200 minion kills only. you get exp from the creep if you kill them or not as long as you're there so you get even more exp that way.

Just go to the league of legends website and look at past realease notes. Nerfs are all over them. I can tell you a few nerfs he has had. For one his pool had been hit by several nerfs. It used to speed vlad up but not anymore. It has less lifesteal it does less slow. His passive got nerfed so now stacking hp is not as good. Im pretty sure all his spells got weakened too.
