I agree that Hopkins is a great fighter and will remain in US history. But, i have seen Calzaghe on many occasion never seems to get older; he just gets hungrier. No-one thought he would beat Lacy so easily, but he did and he has a determermination that will keep him on top of the world for a lot of years. We don't get British fighters like him very often, therefore he is one we are very much proud!

I agree that Hopkins is a great fighter and will remain in US history. But, i have seen Calzaghe on many occasion never seems to get older; he just gets hungrier. No-one thought he would beat Lacy so easily, but he did and he has a determermination that will keep him on top of the world for a lot of years. We don't get British fighters like him very often, therefore he is one we are very much proud!

Buddy simply put Calzaghe will remain hungry until he at least gets as far as Hopkins and other greats just like him have. Hopkins has proven himself against the best I mean the best buddy, for all these people to say that he will beat the shit out of Hopkins is pure ignorance for the sport itself.

If Calzaghe were to face a young Hopkins you would see how skilled Hopkins really was. Calzaghe should stay hungry and focused and eventually he will state a claim to fame in the history of boxing no doubt about that. Remember I am not American I just know a great fighter when I see one and Bernard uses his brain more than most in the business.

Oh, I'm not doubting Hopkins at all! And i agree a younger, hungrier Hopkins would give Calzaghe a far tougher fight! To sat he would 'beat the shit' out of Hopkins is pure ignorance. I do think Joe will win, but it would be a hell of a fight. Good talking Buddy!
