@spentronic I belive corruption in Mexico is a direct result from low tax rate in Mexico.hey have low taxes which leads to poor development. In Mexico the tax rate is about 12.5% vs other major countries tax at 25% rate. If they started taxing more they could begin to pay their cops even two times their salary lowering corruption.

4) Harsh Punishment for Business that hire illegals
5) Work with Mexico, to promote economic development in Mexico to decrease the economic desperation that leads to illegal immigration.
