  • looks like people are having fun there. :)

  • joco!!! *sings* sweet caroliiiine*

your so carooooliiiiineeeeeyyy! for karo-classen she so sweet! yay classen!!

  • JoCo + P&S = EPIC WIN!!

  • It's interesting to hear this one with only part of the audience participation.

  • Impossible not to sing with them!

  • totally right!

  • B-E-A-utiful!

  • JoCo+Paul&Storm go pretty well together!

  • Like cocaine and waffles!

  • @gamemasterrusty So good, so good!

  • OMG Where can i get this for mp3? <3

  • Bearded guy who sings. :)

  • He is the one that isn't Paul or Storm.

  • What is the audience chanting in the background during the chorus? I can't make it out.

  • They are chanting the traditional

    So good, So good!

  • The "So Good!' chant was not written by Neil Diamond, but was a spontaneous audience invention that has now become a traditional part of the song.

Ah, from the source of all knowledge, true and truthy, Wikipedia! "The "so good, so good, so good, so good" wrinkle was first observed being played during the 1970s on Long Beach Island, New Jersey, by the duo Paul Presto & Jackie Vee at the Surf City Hotel. And it went on -- and on -- from there."

  • Perhaps the only time this song doesn't irritate the hell out of me. : )

  • I wish I was there, it sounds like a musical blast!! Me and my friends have singalongs like this when we go camping. The only thing that could make it better would be having JoCo there!

  • is this his first performance of this song?

  • This was the second show they performed this song.

  • OMG I love it!

  • anyone know where i can get the joco version of this song?

  • He hasn't actually recorded this song in studio. This was an encore song that he only performed live.

MP3's of these recordings are available at spiffworld(dot)com.

  • mistake at 44 but nice cover

  • No mistake - that's how the song goes :)

  • Really then why dosn't he do that anywhere else in the song...

He gos for a moment to a D chord then quickly changes to a C (I think).

Look I dont really care about that mistake (Every one makes mistakes)

  • Freaking awesome!! Man, so thankful that I've found JoCo.

    Thank you for these videos!

  • this is pretty cool

  • That was great! Joco rules!

  • I like Jonathan Coulton because he doesn't write incredibly depressing songs.

  • Except, of course, for the incredibly depressing ones ;) ? 'Course, those are all sung upbeat, but Chiron Beta Prime, Betty and Me, some others are pretty depressing, if you look at just the lyrics. Awesome, though.

  • I think these kind of incredably up-beat and happy, care-free songs always signil the end of a concert. Take Peter Kay and his sing-along at the end. Peter Kay is an excellent comedian-look him up! While you're there look up Billy Conoly! I don't think i spealt that properly.... Anyone know any complicated words? There's one! after one is two... two ryhmes with new... So whens the new/next video out gle3nn? Sorry about my loss of train of thought there.
  • wow, he sure took off. This never in a million years could have happened without the internet.

  • @Stantzs a lot of things wouldent of happened without the internet.

  • Cool new vid-I am so hooked on JoCo thanks to you and spiffworld.

You two are some of the greatest people on Youtube-especially you for the live performences.

    Keep it up!

  • Birchmere ftw! I love that they've made this part of the set!

  • Whoa, I was there.

You had great seats. I was literally in the last row - Brent had to walk over us with his broomstick thing to get in and out.

  • Sweet Caroline Wa Wa Waaa! We who were at the Birchmere own the rights to this experience! So good! So good! So good!

  • Has he made this part of his set? I was there for the original unplanned version! It rocked! This rocks! JoCo Rocks!

  • cool. where was that at?

  • The Birchmere, Alexandra (near DC), back on August 31st 2007.

  • Absolutely awesome. I'm going to the S.F. show tomorrow, and if I can talk him into doing this for us, I'm definitely gonna do it. :)

  • HELLS YAAAA JOCO
