I saw the clip on youtube with T.J. Thyne in Angel. I watch Angel online. I started in the summer of 09, but our internet connection is crap, so it's hard to load episodes. I'm only on season 4. Anyway, he is a lawyer. Lorne talks briefly to him. I think it is season 5.
he was also on an episode of angel with david boreanaz. i think it was season 4 or 5. he was either a cop or a lawyer i think. it was right after angel joined wolfram and hart
