its funny, and I enjoyed it, even i m working in a call centre for a US process, and call centres do NOT work this way, as shown in the movie a single person handling many customers at the same time and putting them on hold.

I have been involved in Call Centers and BPO ops sinse 2004 in Sri Lanka and I found this truly funny!! a must for a team development session!! I started my own biz as freelancer/consultant and I know when I see creativity!! This is Super funny creation!! Cheers!! The whole point here is the attitude guys. Thanks to outsourcing, a lot of asian people eraned money and new pathways were open! so appreciate the offer while having fun all together! It is a short life we have to live anyways...

i know its a joke but some dodgy call-centres are actually operating in back-yards..these operations are used to steal sensitive accounting information like credit card and academic credential. identity theft was big issue in nigeria and just as bad in india...and your credit card details are not safe either..apart from that i think these guys did an excellent job parody.

Indian call centers are nothing like this. I've worked in 4 big call centers & handled customers of clients like DELL,AT&T & Earthlink. But,this is bullshit. This is certainly fun however a call center is completely different than this. There're so many qualiry auditors monitoring live calls,supervisors on the floor,10-20 agents in a team. It's a well manages business with specialised management teams & excellent representatives. There're some bad agents because of which we're been targeted.
