Esta questão da jogabilidade melhor ou pior vai do ponto de vista de cada um.
Na verdade os dois jogos são jogos completamente diferente, a única semelhança que consigo perceber é que os dois se tratam de jogos de futebol.
levando isso consideração, e também a questão da simulação podemos perceber claramente que o fifa é....não diria melhor ou pior, mas é o que chega mais proximo da realidade. Desde 2008 o fifa soccer vem "quebrando as pernas" do pro evolution soccer.

Eu fiquei excitadíssimo com o jogo a princípio mas PES todos os anos é assim comigo, parece-me sempre muito melhor que o anterior mas quando os erros se mostram e se revelam sempre os mesmos a excitação acaba. PES graphics are WAY better than FIFA's, but FIFA's gameplay, player control, and Game Modes(Online clubs, pro ranked, head to head, lobbies) are better. What sucks about FIFA is that the EA servers always LAGG!
If the Gameplay, player control, and game modes of FIFA were on PES, I would buy that game right now.
PES player control really sucks, is as if you were using robots, their like Stiff and not as flexible as FIFA's. But PES' graphics are AMAZING.

i have two previous installment (i think 2004 and 2008) but in both i had problems when running diagonally - i would have to hold 3 keys at the same time to do this, 2 for direction and 1 to run. the problem was when i pressef the 4th key (shoot or pass) it wouldn't work. but this happened only in 2 (and not all 4) diagonal directions.
made the game unplayable.
did anyone ever have the same problem? if so, is it the same with this installment?

@jaguarclaw when I was in my nappies I played Fifa up untill pro evo (back then known as international superstar soccer, ISS) then I converted to the obvious fluidity of the pro evo series, I think Fifa made a good effort with Fifa 09 and Fifa 10, and I havnt bought pro for 2 years but I think they've tweaked it too much, message to EA; If its not broke, dont fix it!

@Fondrom stupidass caps locker, i wouldn't comment if i haven't played the game, i bought it with my hard working money and it's boring as hell, yes the graphix is great but i wouldn't care less of how Rooney looks in close ups, it's just not fun, slow, too realistic and BORING, that's my opinion and if you can't appreciate that don't read it. fifa11 is not perfect but surely better. ass. i suggest you grow some pubet hair before you start swearing strangers over the internet kid. bye.

its lifeless like a limp dick, i want to fucking puke just thinking about the new "improved" pass bar, what the fuck is that? the gameplay i hear you ask, SHIT,now i know why it was 24.99, i made a tough decision, it hurt like hell to do, but yes i decided it was time to see what the whole fifa thing was about, im sorry pro evolites but i had crossed the dark side into the murky depths of gaming. lets just say fifa 2011 is better than pro 2011 but the legacy of pro shall always live on.

ok, i have been a pro evolution fan ever since i can remember and have enjoyed the fond memories of getting the guys together on a saturday evening and enjoying the banter and excitement of pro, wow, the memories, However, i must inform you that it all started on this particular day when i bought pro 2011 for 24.99, some would think bargain, but let me tell you that konami have ripped my heart out, i am disgusted at this piece of mother fucking bullshit excuse for a pro game

PES is completely better/different to fifa. It depends on the players ratings/ability on how they play.
I play with teams equal to the team my opponent is playing with, for instance.
If he picks real madrid, i pick barcelona.
If he picks man city, i pick athletico madrid.
If he picks lyon, i pick everton.
If he picks arsenal, i pick manchester united.

@jaguarclaw when I was in my nappies I played Fifa up untill pro evo (back then known as international superstar soccer, ISS) then I converted to the obvious fluidity of the pro evo series, I think Fifa made a good effort with Fifa 09 and Fifa 10, and I havnt bought pro for 2 years but I think they've tweaked it too much, message to EA; If its not broke, dont fix it!

im taking my fifa back tomoro and getting this, fifa really have messed the gameplay up this year, you tell a player to make a run and they stop about 10 yards from wer u actually want them to be, the opposition have about 8 defenders whilst your only other striker stands behind them doing nothing at all!!!!! crap crap crap game
