You go to "Delete data" Then hit "No"

You dont have to actually delete it

You do that if you have a glitch that makes wifi options and spectator mode disappear.

the servers are so full that you have to wait for it to die down abit u just have to wait u dont need to go delet all ur data just wait til it dies down thats what i did

thats retarded, why would anyone want to delete all there data? i had this "glitch" to, and i didn't have to delete anything. after a few days the Settings options appeared. The manual even says it wont always be there.

You've got it all wrong. You GO to delete data, but when you want to confirm deleting it, you hit NO. Next time, read the description carefully.

When it came to this glitch, for a while, for a lot of people who signed onto wifi early after Brawl's release, Spectator/Wifi options didn't appear. This was a way to get them until they were fixed (sometime today).

As for other wifi problems, I really can't help you. I'm sorry. The best answer I have is that Nintendo's wifi service is bogged down.
