  • shame shame shame to a government that picks and chooses witch laws they are going to follow . When we the people of Canada must adhere to the letter of the law if you don't see anything wrong with that you don't see at all

  • why are you against timmys? its a legend put up and shut up you liberal douche

  • I guess you need to learn how to read.

Wait until you or your family loose you limbs in a foreign war and watch them unable to get a coffee. Twenty year old regulation. Refusual to hnour the human rights code etc. So your patriot love is based on lies. Do your homework before you open your mouth next time nasty person.

  • As Our Lt Gov. David Onley said: "So I ask you to do what you can do in terms of accessibility by simply reaching out. In other words, we can make our own hearts inclusive, something that no parliament can ever legislate".

Tim Hortons has thumbed its nose at the Human Rights Commission and customers with disabilities, our parents, and veterans, who fight for human rights and the rule of law, while using all as pawns in their public relations deceptions. That are both Evil and Heartless.

  • Tim Hortons is evil.

  • i dunno about u but the tim hortons i go to has 2 parking spots for disabled people and even a set of doors that can be opened automatically by pressing a button

  • Please look for the accessible parking sign? And then please read the planning act, highway traffic act and the human rights code and get back to me.

  • they do have the signs adjacent to the parking spots they provide

  • Some do most do not have the regulated signs. In most cases the parking spots are also dangerously located and/or without a safe connection. Maybe you are lucky enough have a owner who actually cares or you live or work in one of the municipalities that considers humans rights, risk mitigation, and the rule of law to be important.

What location and municpality are you referring to.

    Thanks for your input.

  • The HTA etc requires regulatory signs upon opening to be enforced as well. Neither is occuring despite Tim Hortons agreements with the Ontario Human Rights Commission in 2005.

As a member of the Ministry of Transportation Task Foce that sought to apply the law in 1991- I and 565,000 people with disabilities take exception to these blantant acts of sysytemic discrimination. The rule of law is not optional. Abusive businesses that negliently endanger everyone is also not optional.

  • I had no idea Tim Hortons was doing this. I've never been a fan of Timmy's, now I really don't like them at all. Tim Hortons is an overrated company that has brainwashed it's customers to come back. Nothing about their food is any better than anywhere else. Great job on this video! & I will Boycot Timmy's!
