Cool looking layout, really nice scenery too. Funny heard a few say the NCE power cab will only run a couple engines & need a booster if you have a fair bit of track but its not true. My layout is around a 22x12' dual purpose room. Mainline is about 135' with maybe 75-100' in my 3 yards. Ive run 7 engines at the same time with my power cab (14g bus wire) only & 3 of those had sound(a Big Boy & F7 A-B) without drop outs.

Great looking layout. The issue of a booster... You won't need one for a layout that size. My layout is 13x16ft with triple your track with no problem on voltage drop. I've run upto 4 trains

Woodland Scenics does make Rock Climbers. Those weeping grass scenery you have resembles Yucca plants.
