Now, there's something with how they changed, their style and new sense of musical awareness that makes them even better. I don't know why some listeners tend to think that rock or metal should always be the same. I've been a metal head since forever, but that does not mean I cannot listen to all styles of music and like both old and new styles of any type of music genre. We gotta grow up and change with time. Or else we will just be grumpy old farts that never grow up lol Congrats to BlackTide

I started listening to these kids since they came out with 'Light From Above' and haven't stopped ever since. Their new music is so much more mature, Gabriel's voice has far improved, in both his highs and lows. Before, he would mess up a lot in live sessions, now his ear is totally in tune. They really evolved. They still have 'that fire' that made them so good with their first productions but more in control, more in tune with their musical abilities. They really are gifted musicians.

the style of black tide is very :/ Bad i really like this guys but they are changed very mutch in the begins (firts album) are owesome it`s a tipe of rock and roll and metal and after that alittle more agresor like a hardcore but no so mutch we will see in the song how a walking dead man the voice in de 2cond album changes but i like but i saw the songs live in youtube and the voice of gabe is very different :/ i from chile and i dont know what happend to black tide ?

@lifeexskating they said in an interview they were close minded and they opened up to different styles of rock and sort of made their own. like, their songs were mostly old school metal, it wasn't bad but you can still tell they have the flavour for it, you can hear it in their rifts among other stuff. they changed, i don't know what else to tell you. hopefully you won't stop listening to them because they changed.

this band sucks , they use to be an ac/dc rip off look alike band called radio. then they change there name to black dog and the only shows they played where at this one club name kaffe krystal in miami . how do i know all of this . cuz i saw it all happen. they sucks so bad that when they went to open for iron maiden here in south FL they got booo off the stage . they tryed to play a metallica cover and fucked it up big time . if i recall it was kill em all but they just killed it .
