I know both the company which I work for, the individual in the video and my boss who this man is mentioning.

The guy is not very well and from what I can gather very depressed and from this video clearly drinks too much

There is lots of staff working in the warehouses and for the boss to take a personal interest into one individual is absurd. Its like someone working on the shop floor building phones for amstrad claiming Sir Alan Sugar is to blame for the hours he works or for his life style

He's not talking about slavery in his country, he's talking about slavery in the UK. The company he is reffering to is PCL Ltd in Hoddesdon, Herts. This company has the worst reputation of any haulage or distribution company in the entire United Kingdom. Most of its workers are eastern European and are treated like slave labourers. Most of them liken the experience of working for PCL the same as working at Auschwitz. Just ask anyone who works there.
