  • You're hired! I don't even have a business!

  • Thats awesome.

  • I got £85000 Job by putting my hand flat on table on every Quation? It works

  • you forgot the "call me" line.

  • well if this won't help you just be good looking. that always a plus :)

  • loved it

  • GOOD OLD BULLSHIT!!!

  • When you "lay your hand flat on the table" do they face up or down???

  • local jobs now careerstarttoday.info get a job today

  • If you spoke in this boring mono-tone voice throughout an interview you would be Screwed... you will have lost the Interviewers interest within a few minutes!!

have a bit of enthusiasm and vary your tone, pitch and pace to emphasise certain points!!

  • Yeah, sounds great. But your screwed when your interviewer has already watched all these videos...

  • this video is great. i found this site about job interview tips as i search on google: adf.ly/572387/jobinterview

  • Eh, Mate. I am a Human Resources Director. I have been doing this for nearly 30 years. I appreciate what you are trying to do, and that is to help others. Do keep in mind that most, if not all, of the Human Resources professionals have heard them all.We know a canned or prepared speech from another. I suggest it is best to be "genuine" and "sincere". Otherwise, most of us have what is called the "bullshit" radar. We DO NOT HIRE bullshitters. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me!

  • My question exactly. Have you ever detected a bull shit artist - what did you do with him / her?

  • @Search4diabetescure. Please do continue with your diabetescure, who is the fool on earth to hire you as a H.R Director and paying you for 30-years, also tell us how many employees were thrown out of job, which were selected by you for any post in the companies you changed again & again...? ? ?

  • @tariqjalal1 - Actually, my retention rate is over 75% for those I hired. How about your longevity in your jobs? How frequently do you turn over from one job to another?

  • This is genius. If done subtly this would indeed highlight the words "you need me" "there's a golden opportunity in me" and "offer me the job".

People will not notice the gently laying the hand on the table if you are already using them a little. You can steer the conversation through subconscious cues!

  • I've gotta try this for more than just a simple interview. LOVE IT!

  • well the persuading doesn't work for me I rather invest in a nice dress for my next job interview ... :)

  • why dont you go and get yourself a job?

  • I am going to practice this technique, I think it exudes confidence. A few good questions you can ask your interviewer..... 1. How do you differentiate your company from the competitors? 2. What do you see ahead for your company in the next 5yrs? 3. What were the strengths and weaknesses of the last person who held this job? 4. What are the most immediate challenges of the position that need to be addressed in the 1st three months? 5. Performance expectations of this position overthe 1st 12mo.?

  • THis is fuckin retarded

  • makes me think about how ppl motivate and move ppl. manipulative, vey. but it is alo smart. seems like to much to do in an interview tho.

  • Whoah. haha. .

Does this work even for a simple job like Target? because i haven an interview with them Monday..

  • Isn't this just NLP?

  • the thing is that this doesnt work on somone you dont have rapport with. no to mention you cant make anybody do anything that they dont want to do without it really being in there best interest. you have to have something they need or they are going to see right through you. i dont know how it is in whatever country hes from but, most americans wont fall for it unless you trance them. and that requires trust...

  • OMG, this is good. I have got to try this.

  • nice vid

  • so much BS in that presentation!!!

  • @iirigo haha it's been a very long time, but just from the top of my head, I remember "Do it" over and over again, and "see you at the top" meaning at the top of this screen, where the website address is written, telling you to go type it in.

  • If you know how to get a good job, how come you still can't afford a good microphone?

  • If I was the interviewer I don't think I would like those answers. The strengths are so vague it's like saying "I have no strengths, but I like to use words that sound good to hide that." They can be said about anyone, don't show a big enough picture of the specific person. The weaknesses was a non-answer. I see lack of acknowledgment of weaknesses as unrealistic pride or deception. The "golden opportunity" sounds like canned language with extra sugar. It turns me off.

  • Is there a video of you doing this? struggling to make the hand gestures look natural

  • what if the interviewers know about this subconscious-conscious brain thing ? like they would be knowing about the use of these words by either watching this or some similar video or from somewhere else, they may feel that we are trying to impose control over them or they might get pissed off, what then ? they may not hire us ? so what should be done about it ? BTW does using such phrases even work ? if yes everyone out there should have been using them (O.o)

  • This is great.. but what if the person interviewing me has seen this video ?? haha

  • This is amazing.. I love the "proactive" approach to answering these questions. Nice!

  • Bringing the spiritual game is much more powerful than this kiddie stuff.

  • Thank you so much, this is absolutely excellent and is a definite must see for grads. I hear your video and I feel so much more confident now and I was compelled to express my thanks.

  • Your insight is great - I for one would really appreciate some EXTENDED videos about interview process and other similar advice.

  • I have a better idea. Get good GCSE results amazing A levels and a decent degree. Then learn to speak.

  • sounds kind of like brain washing

  • if your such a good persuader how come you cant persuade me to go to your website?

  • Those are exactly the overused answers employers shiver from hearing over and over again. You're not fooling anyone with avoiding the weakness-question and you're not impressing anyone without giving practical examples of your strengths.

  • u sound like shit

  • alot of those questions don't be ask at jobs like giant egale or target....... they say "explain a time when u this or explaing a time when u that" and that BS so this stuff don't help

  • dont say ''if you offer me the job, when will you call me?'' everything else is pretty much what i use and i have only failed 1 out of 5 interviews. never tell a joke!

  • does this actually work?

  • The responses are certainly persuading, but you would have to be in the presence of a very dimwitted interviewer to make any real progress without them noticing. While a downward facing palm can be convincing it also comes off as being overbearing and demanding. Not something most employers are looking for. An open palm, on the other hand, is more friendly and open, it shows you have nothing to hide. Idea's intriguing, but I would never risk openly drawing attention to the back of the hand

  • Thank God for the Brits.

sounds like my old boss at M&S.

    go Killer....

  • LMAO! it'll be funny if your interviewers has seen this same video.

  • @0asian1nvasion0 HAHA! AWWE MAN! THAT'D BE FUCKED!

  • @0asian1nvasion0 i was saying the same thing lmao

  • isn't it bad to say "if you offer me the job, when will you call me?'

  • @ricfebson very. you need to be confident and believe that it will be your job and that they will call you.

  • heh... i have an interview in 30 minutes... will give it a shot.

  • how'd it go?

  • So...how did it go?? You havent commented on it.

  • I watched your vid and decided to try to use your techniques. Well, to my amazement, I have had three interviews in the past week and all three prospects have offered me a position. I have to admit, during two interviews I did not have a table to put my hand on, so I simply made a hand gesture when I used the words I wanted them to notice. Now, I only need to figure out with company best suits my needs, monetarily and where benefits are concerned. I can't believe how easy it was.

  • jack jones?

  • @mrjoejack65 Lol, ur lying.

  • @olliebobs99 mrjoejack = jack jones? lol

  • Why "gently lay your hand out flat on the table"? "a little beat on the table" will work too?

  • tomorrow I have an interview.....hopefully this will help me boast my best in the interview with the employer.

  • Please let me know if it works. It looks so cool. I swear my mouth dropped open just now. I love this.

My interview is on Tuesday next week.

  • If your'e concerned your interviewer has a knowledge of embedded commands the most subtle and effective way of analogicaly marking the command is simply to switch your eye contact to the person's left eye;very effective.

  • He who controls spice controls the universe.

  • Dune

  • Do you have a short video on "How to persuade a cop into giving you a warning every time?!" Another way is to ask for the original top sheet, then they must close the book and give you a warning but if the cop refuses to give you the original, go and have your copy notarized and give it to the district court, the cop endorsing the violation ticket will be liable for it.

May you all be safe and well.

  • Also whwen he comes over start uncontroliably picking your nose, trust me it works and pretend your really stupid aswell. :)

  • control is witchcraft....I'll pass

  • how do you think you got laid for the first time, you were controled you stupid church cult follower.

  • 3:33 are you trying to make me buy nike ? loolool...usefull though....thanx

  • good job this is very thought full

  • what if 3 candidates use this technique successfully, but there is only one open spot available?

  • then empathy and body language come into play.....women often do it unconsciently

  • the hot girl wins

  • thats when you pull out your wallet

  • Haha a master at persuasion WARNING he is trying to persuade you to buy his stuff

  • good assertation

  • This is very interesting. Very cool.

  • These things are confidential

  • Well it's not fair that only some people know about them and others don't.

  • The cheesy answers are suspicious enough that they'd be examined by the professional people hosting the interview. Also, what's to say a dozen people haven't already used those sentences before you? before they turned out to be dumbbums?

  • You're missing the point. He gives examples but you're supposed to learn how to compose your own unique sentences. This stuff works!

  • Ah, I get it

  • Plus it is all embedded in innocent sentences.

  • I don't want to pay for whatever he is talking about. Tell me some tips.

  • haha now everytime I watch this, I hear all the key words he's using to try to make us go to his site.

  • @naruky thats the problem buddy. the people who claim to free you from evil are more evil :)

  • @immak4u true. haha

  • awesome, i love these cool things where you can make someone feel something with out knowing why.

  • Very nice. But, what if there is a psychologist in the panel? >_>

  • wow this will definitely come in handy. LOVE YOUR VIDEOS! :)

  • sweet i forgot that i had subscribed to you lol

  • nice
