How to make Homemade Pasta

Great. I have to say I did make pasta the other day and .... it wasn't very successful. It came out of the pasta machine with ..."craters" in it. also as I held it up to put i through the machine it seemed to stretch. I assume my "mix" was wrong somehow.

How long did you mix it for? How long did you let it stand?

@G0rm0g0n You mix it until it doesn't look clumpy anymore. If it still clumpy after working it for a few minute, add a little more egg to it or you can put a little water. You don't have to let it stand for too long. In the video I had a small pile of the pasta dough to the side and had it covered with a damp cloth, so that it stayed moist.
