All 5 pentatonics, mostly 2 @ a time using taping
All 7 greek modes with a few passing tones mostly chromatic "a la petrucci"
@Blade15 I try to play on the chords as much as possible (Dm-C-Bb-Gm), Sometimes doing D major.
There's a bunch of tapping arpeggio using 2 positions @ a time on the strings 2-4-5. I play them all on the chords, that's the reason why some players thinks it's not improv; because all notes are right on the chord changes.

Not really an improvisation when you copy every metal lick that ever existed! This stuff was funny and unnecessary 25 years ago and it's really time to give it a rest. (Wear your influences don't be your influences.) I honestly believe if somebody put a 2-5-6-1 progression in front of you, you'd have a serious problem improvising over it.

@meccaollielord Thanks for your comment, there is no objective way to enter the subjective experience of another entity. Check out my other video. Electric guitar is saturated to the core. This video was just pure wanking, I did it for people that can appreciate conventional metal shredding. Check out my video "Seville" in the video response if you want to hear something new. If you can't appreciate it well I'm really sorry for that, other people have and will no matter what your perception is.
@meccaollielord whats wrong with copying metal licks, jazz players copy off eachother so much it doesnt even matter, all great jazz players develop licks over set 2-5-1 progressions and borrow them and make them unique. at the end of the day, this guy has a tremendous amount of talent regardless if has all been done, he can only go up from here

C'est surement de l'impro d'apres moi...c'est sur quia des riff quia du pratiquer pis qui met dans son impro, mais tsé cest quoi improviser ? Tu peux pas faire nimporte quoi en kkpart...Quand tu connais ton manche comme un real, tu peux te promener pis incorporer des riff nimporte ou a l'aise.

@deltatroop15 Improvisation is things you already know (scales arpeggios and what not) put into specific rhythms and patterns that create something like this. Also you throw in things that are not part of those scales or arpeggios. BAM! Improvisation.
I'm surprised nobody's noticed the similarities between his tapping style and Dave Martone's. If you watch they are pretty similar... almost exactly the same, but with some differences.

C'est surement de l'impro d'apres moi...c'est sur quia des riff quia du pratiquer pis qui met dans son impro, mais tsé cest quoi improviser ? Tu peux pas faire nimporte quoi en kkpart...Quand tu connais ton manche comme un real, tu peux te promener pis incorporer des riff nimporte ou a l'aise.
Entoucas cest fucking nice ! jus le son que jaime pas, taurais du mettre du reverb a la pelle ^_^

@deltatroop15 Improvisation is things you already know (scales arpeggios and what not) put into specific rhythms and patterns that create something like this. Also you throw in things that are not part of those scales or arpeggios. BAM! Improvisation.
