Miami fans always tout the 5 National Championships which is indeed, more than UF and FSU combined, everything kinda comes full circle in football, especially in Florida. 80's UM rolled, 90's FSU was great, UF owned the 2000's, but really, none of that is applicable to whats going on now

We beat you without a offense, even though we had one if we needed it to step up. Thats my opinion, we can play the what if game all year. In the end it doesnt matter because in *MY* opinion, the present time is all the matters. Sure I love to look back at the 90's and thank of all the amazing things we did, but in the end right now were the top team in florida, on offense and defense.
@WestheLegend We have plenty of fast guys on offense plus the recruits and young talent we haven't explored yet, we should bounce back from this slump.....hopefully soon. Jujuan may be a break out in 2012 who knows we have a very young team but the younger the better for the long run. Im eager to see how Matt Jones does in the pro style. You guys are losing some good players but you have plenty of young talent like us, Greene, Freeman, Wilder, Oleary, you guys are set.

We were under 100 yards for a reason, why risk turning it over in the air when you can run the time out on the ground and shut down your offense ? Our offense would have steped up if the game was on the line, unlike yours. You can have the all time streak, it means nothing to me being that some of those games date back to when Bobby wasnt even here.

And when I mean worry, I mean like a guy that you HAVE to double cover or always have saftey help or stack the line to stop. Debose showed flashes at WR but Greg Reid shut him down when he was thrown to and when Xavier Rhodes was on him, he rarely got thrown too, and when he did, Rhodes was in his hip pocket. Omarious Hines is an ok player but not elite. Maybe Jujuan Story breaks out in 2012.
@WestheLegend Brantley actually did help our offense somewhat, we lost close games because of him getting injured. Injuries killed us this year. Yes, we do need a big back for the pro style, 4 star 220 lb rb matt jones out of armwood high should complete that, we have plenty of talent on D as well as on offense we just need those players to perform and need a QB to step up for next season.

Keep in mind Florida was a top 10 defense last year and returns 10 starters. I say a 9-4 year, 8-5 at worst.

FSU's schedule was 10 time easier than UF's this year, the only team they might have been allowed or expected to lose was OU, it might not be the easiest BCS conference but its pretty close and UF sucked this year, you cant compare the SEC to the ACC even if its the SEC East, but on a "normal" year they should've been beaten or at least be competitive against Bama and LSU and beaten SC, Georgia and Auburn

UF's Defense is still pretty stout and very good, but when UF has to pound 165 170lb RB's from a Pro Formation into the Jaws of a Defense like FSU's all night, the results were never gonna be pretty. UF needs a big back that can run between the tackles. Demps and Rainey just can't thrive in an Offense like the one Muschamp wants to run.

Brantley threw the ball, quite literally, right at the Florida State defense and we ran the ball at FSU's defense with a couple of stick people. The defenses were great and the offenses looked like little league on both sides.

Miami fans always tout the 5 National Championships which is indeed, more than UF and FSU combined, everything kinda comes full circle in football, especially in Florida. 80's UM rolled, 90's FSU was great, UF owned the 2000's, but really, none of that is applicable to whats going on now

In the end it doesnt matter because in *MY* opinion, the present time is all the matters. Jujuan may be a break out in 2012 who knows we have a very young team but the younger the better for the long run. Im eager to see how Matt Jones does in the pro style. You guys are losing some good players but you have plenty of young talent like us, Greene, Freeman, Wilder, Oleary, you guys are set.

Our offense would have steped up if the game was on the line, unlike yours. And when I mean worry, I mean like a guy that you HAVE to double cover or always have saftey help or stack the line to stop. Debose showed flashes at WR but Greg Reid shut him down when he was thrown to and when Xavier Rhodes was on him, he rarely got thrown too, and when he did, Rhodes was in his hip pocket. Omarious Hines is an ok player but not elite. Maybe Jujuan Story breaks out in 2012.

A&M loses a lot from a 6 loss team, so I say Florida should handle them. LSU is at home, but we’ll still lose I bet. FSU is a toss-up, though it’s at Doak. Keep in mind Florida was a top 10 defense last year and returns 10 starters. I say a 9-4 year, 8-5 at worst.

FSU's schedule was 10 time easier than UF's this year, the only team they might have been allowed or expected to lose was OU, it might not be the easiest BCS conference but its pretty close and UF sucked this year, you cant compare the SEC to the ACC even if its the SEC East, but on a "normal" year they should've been beaten or at least be competitive against Bama and LSU and beaten SC, Georgia and Auburn

The only worse than FSU's Offense in this game...was UF's. UF's Defense is still pretty stout and very good, but when UF has to pound 165 170lb RB's from a Pro Formation into the Jaws of a Defense like FSU's all night, the results were never gonna be pretty. UF needs a big back that can run between the tackles. Demps and Rainey just can't thrive in an Offense like the one Muschamp wants to run.

Brantley threw the ball, quite literally, right at the Florida State defense and we ran the ball at FSU's defense with a couple of stick people. I love Rainey and Demps, don't get me wrong, but they need to be complimentary backs, not feature guys. Should've injected a little more Gillislee into the gameplan. I feel ya though. Take a look at your schedule, you play DUKE,BC, UNC, Maryland those teams suck ass, plus to start out the season you played Charleston Southern and Louisana Monroe!
