Primal Power 1 and Warhead have changed the way I train completely. Kevin is an amazing teacher. I am so glad he released something on Restraint locks. I can't wait to see this.
Agreed. I just trained with this guy in the US a few months ago and I had to post this clip when I saw it. His approach is so simple and logical. I learned more stuff that actually worked in 1 weekend training with Kevin than in 12 years of Aikido and Judo. A really great teacher.

Wow, this was something amazingly simple amd effective.
The best thing about systema is that everyone can do it his natural way, its "no limitation as limitation" as Lee said.
Wish I could train with this guy once...
