2. Over-inflated ego. Humility would be an asset.

3. Ill-prepared. Why post performances which are not ready?

4. Voice sounds strained. It may take years before you can get to tenor range, and lots and lots of practice.

5. Too many videos, very little singing.

6. Your Glee audition may be heartbreaking if you dont work harder and

change the attitude.

7. Try accepting some constructive criticism.
