hmm its not difficult to do wreck yourself in capitol building then grind 1 inch before the red line then you will fly up in the air after that it will say get back in goal area and counts down from 4secs to 0 then just quit goal in start menu after that you will bail on a roof then you will float on the roof and there is 7 other ways

yo this glitch is easy there are many ways to do it. yo if ur up to the challeng i got a glitch video that only i am able to do so far only 2 others have tryed that i no of.I would be impressed if someone was able to do it. if you try it hit me up im "Marcus5674" and tell me if you were able to do it.
