  • Quick criticism-----he talks of good form just before the leg extension, and how we should only lift near that weight if we use good form....Then he proceeded to bang them out with no consideration for form....I am no where near this guys size, but i have strong legs, I leg extend 98kg, using a 4/2/4 cadence... i think Kevin in that video was trying to beat his speed lifting record rather than trying to complete the exercise with good form.......I like this guy but he had that all wrong :/

  • Guys like Kevin and previously Mike Mentzer....Kick the shit out of the likes of Ronnie Coleman and Jay Cutler....They kept it real and these guys have/had bodies that are desirable. big thumbs up to anybody who keeps it real!!!

  • I find it hard believe this was a NATURAL transformation.. Leg pressing 11 plates each side??... Maybe its possible with his muscle memory, but I simply find it unlikely this was natural.

  • @oCOSMICeyes It absolutely is possible! One of my friend, who I know is 100% natural, he is more interested in powerlifting and just gaining strength, does 1200+lbs!!! Ofcourse he is a big dude by nature, 6ft7in @ 260+ lbs!

    um... he's 40+, not competing anymore, not using steroids, etc. Also, he's only "slim" compared to his old huge self. That's still pretty big.

    Personally i think he suits being that build more than oversized . I could happily get massive if i use steroids , but id preffer to be the build levrone is now ... still big but not overbearingly big . My new inspiraton for training .

  • The amount of dedication and perseverance needed for 8 weeks of dieting and training can do EXACTLY what Kevin talks about. The right diet, supplementation (Levrone Formula) and workouts WILL get you the results he is talking about.   • what muscle does the hack squats work?

  • @freedomfighter150 freedom, the hack squat, like the regular squat works different parts of the leg. In the upper part of the motion (above parallel) the quads are worked. As you drop to parallel, the hamstrings are brought into play. For those few that can maintain forma nd go below parellel, the glutes are brought into play. Again, everyone has different bodies and there are different hack quats machines on the market.
