I hate adult swim comedies i dont find them funny at all to be honest though i love their anime i really wish they'd go back to the days of old when they had anime on more than just saturday nights when they had stuff like ghost in the shell, case closed, cowboy bebop, full metal alchemist, and other shows now that was great stuff enough to keep any anime fan happy.
nowadays its only inuyasha which comes on at 4:30 am it's good but it is boring cuz i seen em all already
Or, more likely, they wanted Code Geass and Moribito to die and bring Adult Swim Comedy to Saturday nights. However, their contracts require Adult Swim to show the whole run from start to finish of both shows, so Adult Swim would HAVE to put these shows somewhere.
It's really not as clear as other decisions Adult Swim has made, unfortunately, since it didn't give any announcement this time. I wish I knew the true reason why, so I'd know what course of action I and other people should take to help reverse this.
By the way, something big happened in the Cartoon Network schedule again--yesterday was Toonami's final broadcast. The block that gave us anime from DBZ to Naruto has come to an end, and Tom and his crew gave a farewell address.
It's sad and all, but I think this is another hint that Cartoon Network's gotten a change in executive management and that this is the schedule shuffle that comes with it.
Toonami Jetstream will still be going on, at least for a while.
Of course, as I dont know who it is who's running Cartoon Network, my guess of an executive shift is just that--a guess. Cartoon Network only announced the end of Toonami the morning that it would happen, and the sabotage of Adult Swim Action came completely unannounced.
I've Favorited the Toonami farewell address. I hope it's still up.
Well, I can't come up with any other reason as to why Cartoon Network would abruptly end a block that has been a part of their station for around fifteen years.
And thanks for Favoriting the farewell address. That's very helpful.
The one thing sadder is the vitriol that came with it, both at Cartoon Network for getting rid of Toonami and at Cartoon Network for not bing the way it was in the mid 90s.
These things came after a gradual but noticeable toning down of anime on the channel. When Toonami was cancelled, Naruto was the only remaining anime. Adult Swim never made any commercials for Action programs ever since early Blood+.
Too bad neither the DISH Network nor the university cable system gets it. (I don't think DirecTV gets it either, for that matter.)
No matter how you cut it, if it doesn't have the mass market presence like Naruto and Bleach today, then anime won't get you a very big market. It'll have a loyal market, but not a big one.
There are a lot of otaku out there. There still are. The problem is that not many watch their anime on television. They stream it or pirate it off illegal sites. We no longer have this huge audience of kids who would rather sit down in front of the TV like they did with Howdy-Doody 50 years ago, Naruto and Bleach being the only exceptions.
What's the most disgusting is the people who WANT the American anime localization business to fail. They want to bring anime back to the "true fans."
Really? I watch all of my anime on television, with the exception of Azumanga Daioh.
Well, that's hardly fair for otaku who have limited access to anime. To me, a "true fan" isn't defined as a person who spends all of their free time watching original Japanese series with English subtitles.
I pretty much do too; the only series I ever got on DVD were Tenchi Muyo! GXP and R.O.D. the TV, neither of which I ever finished. (The former has come out in the Viridian thinpak set though, so I might get around to finishing that thing and get going to the current Tenchi Muyo series.)
C'mon, you know people only call themselves "true" anything or "hardcore" anything when they want to distance themselves from ordinary people.
Hmm... I've never heard of either of those series. Maybe I'll look into them once I finish Soul Eater...
Now that you mention it, I've seen that pattern among all "true" fans. "I'm too hardcore to watch popular anime. I like to set my *own* trends, maaannn."
Same here. I'm still experimenting with different genres and subgenres, although I have a particular affinity for Slice of Life manga, such as Azumanga Daioh.
Soul Eater is currently in the process of being localized. It's currently being serialized in Yen Press' Yen Plus magazine, and the first volume will be released in October 2009. For now, I'm reading the series on OneManga, but I'm going to buy the volumes once they hit American shelves.
There are many series I'd like to watch...though I don't want to subscribe to an online rental service because the university mailbox is literally several miles from where I'm staying and it's horribly inconvenient to go there all the time; and there are no major electronics stores or video stores over here that would sell a large portion of anime titles.
However, I will buy Hunter X Hunter DVDs if Viz can't find a TV station to show it on. I saw some on YouTube, and I'll watch it legally.
Well, as you said many times before... It *is* Santa Cruz. Those that live there don't really seem to take a liking to anime.
Watching and/or reading a series legally is probably the best way to express one's liking of it. Most of the "true" fans are reading the series on OneManga or watching it on YouTube, without providing them with any income (similar to downloading music through LimeWire). I have never read or watched a series online that I didn't legally purchase shortly thereafter.
Well, the ones that are downloading them illegally aren't really as concerned with the financial well-being of the industry on either side of the Pacific.
I'm already buying every Hunter X Hunter manga volume as Viz releases them. Manga is a lot easier to find, as there's a Borders here. But really, there's a lack of places that sell DVDs altogether, which is odd. Other than Borders, there's one music store with a DVD section. It mostly has Family Guy and stoner comedies at inflated prices.
I would think that they'll be concerned when the authors of their favorite series are unable to continue printing due to the lack of income caused by all of their illegal downloading.
There are a lot of local Borders and Barnes & Noble locations here, so manga is always an easy find for me. As for DVDs, I haven't found any decent stores that sell anime yet.
Fry's Electronics is the only popular chain I know of that isn't online and has a large selection of anime DVDs. Otherwise, it's all online. And the closest Fry's Electronics to Santa Cruz is 50 miles away in San Jose (which is incidentally the original Fry's).
I've seen a lot of rats in anime and manga piracy. Some series HAVE gone down due to their funds diverted via piracy. What happens is that the downloaders lash out at the authors or they just turn to another series like nothing happened.
I don't think I've gone to Fry's Electronics in years, so I didn't know they sold anime there. Despite the numerous commercials, Fry's locations seem to be few and far between.
Wow. I don't know what to say, other than that's just heartless...
I think there are only about 20 Fry's Electronics, though they're very busy building more. But yeah, they have an enormous DVD section. If it's out on DVD, chances are you can find it at Fry's Electronics. The Burbank one, the one I've been to the most, has a DVD section that's easily four or five times the area of a Suncoast mall store.
In a way, you can say that they use them up, then discard them when they're no longer able to continue being productive.
Of course, there are also plenty of people who believe the studios are greedy megaconglomerates and deserve what's coming to them via piracy, even though in truth piracy has almost completely destroyed the music industry and are on the verge of doing the same to anime/manga, both in Japan and in North America.
Yes; you reset over and over until you get that 1 in 8192 chance of a Pokémon being shiny, then catch it. People sometimes spend weeks or months at this.
I don't mean Legendaries you receive like the Manaphy Egg. (You're not even talking about Legendaries at all.) I mean with, say, this example of Dialga. What a shiny hunter would do is play up to where they reach Spear Pillar, then save. They would then reset over and over until the Dialga shows up as shiny, then try to catch it from there.
That's why there's a disproportionately higher number of shiny Legendaries--they're "trophies" of shiny hunters, so to speak.
Yeah, there's an Action Replay code to make all of your Pokémon shiny, just like that. My guess is that this person used that code.
Thanks for the compliments. I was thinking of a Rock team, but I decided against it when I realized it won't be easy to put Trick Room on Lunatone (the only special-based Rock type I haven't yet trained to Level 100).
Oh an AR code. Well then all of these Shinies makes sence.
I don't like it though.
Yeah, I was thinking of Trick Room on my Rock team, but after some conclusions I choosed to not use it and instead use a Scarf Lunatone and an Aerodactyl.
My special-based Rocks is Lunatone, Corsola and Magmortal. A fun trio. ^^
Interesting. I found Tentacruel to be a difficult pokemon to train since its attacking stats are pretty low. I unfortunately almost have to rely on Acupressure to get by.
Being that you're an animation major and that you enjoy that sort of thing, what do you think of Avatar? No, it isn't a real anime, but I think it's good enough to be irrelevant.
Avatar displays incredibly resourceful writing. It's the best example I know of when it comes to writing under very strict limitations (in this case, of Nickelodeon's Bureau of Standards and Practices).
I try to watch all animation, regardless of which country it comes from. Also, my major is film. The university department hates animation for some reason.
I notice Tentacruel has Leftovers. You were looking for an item for Relicanth other than Quick Claw, yes? If you can't find anything you like, you could always give the Leftovers to Relicanth, and give Tentacruel a Black Sludge, unless you don't want two members of the same team to have self-healing items, I guess.
I was planning on giving Tentacruel Black Sludge when I remembered of its existence. Strangely enough, I can get a Black Sludge easier than I can get a Leftovers.
I love how your Gastrodon just keeps on trucking through everything that gets thrown at it (Flash Cannon, really Dialga?). This is a great new team you have here.
As a question completely unrelated to the video, what method do you use to train Pokemon to level 100 after EV training is complete? Where do you fight, what items do you use etc.
I suppose, though there are some Pokemon who don't learn moves until level 70 and above, and I'd like to see my Pokemon's stats at level 100 to be better prepared when I battle my friends online on DP.
I use the Lucky Egg boost, the foreign game boost (as someone lets me borrow a Pearl version), and three PickUp Pokémon who'll give me Rare Candies every now and then.
Heh,They kinda remind of my emerald that I don't play anymore,I got lucky a bunch of times, being able to catch shiny Pokemon, like a shiny beldum,a shiny Feebas...
looking at the abundance of water Pokemon, it baffles me why Nintendo don't make more new fire types. i find the fire type such a hard type to include in teams as there isn't enough variety.
I mean look at the diamond and pearl games, they added 5 fire Pokemon to the list, three being starter, one being legendary, and the last being an evolved magmar.
is because water and ground attacks are so common that fire types barely stand chances on standard enviroment. the only thing they could do would be making a fire/grass or a fire type with levitate.
If that were true, then we'd have more Electric and Dragon Pokémon where there's only about 10 new Electric types per generation and Garchomp is the only fully evolved non-legendary Dragon of the 4th generation.
I think that the lack of Fire types is an oversight more than anything else. Game Freak probably didn't realize this until after the designs were finalized.
Fullmetal Alchemist is also at 51 episodes with a new season coming up. You'll have to do a lot of time investment if you want to get into it, as a warning.
Well it has Thick Fat or Pure Power, it can't have both :P. And since Thick Fat isn't useful since Azumarill already has resistance to Ice and Fire, most use Pure Power.
Dude, did he just used Surf on two water pokemons? and did he just used special attacks on an azumarill? Oh God, that is so wrong... And Ubers' Really? Can't this guys do anything better than just pick strong pokemon and use their brains to come up with a good strategy? This takes out all the fun of playing it... Overhazard, I've seen a lot of your battles and I think you are a very good damm fighter... Congrats...
The only people I now call Uber noobs are people with a team consisting with only over used Uber pokemon with no hold items. Darkrai is a supreme example of a over used uber.
If you're upset about them changing all the Animes around you should just watch them online like I do. I gave up on the english side of things long ago, I just watch the Japanese (sometimes with subs) ones when they come out.
No, I mean like say, Anime Media (.) com. All the episodes so far in Japanese for a lot of Animes. Bleach, Naruto, Code Geass (which is my fave Anime right now), and stuff like that. Even has Death Note in Japanese. Of course, to warn you, as it's translated directly from Japanese pretty much, you will see bad/swear words in the subtitles.
I;d have to ask you though--is this a legitimate and legal business? I intend to support the American anime localization industry, and if I can't do so through watching it on TV, I'll buy the DVDs. Helps everybody instead of just myself.
By the way, the fact that you report excessive swearing means this is most likely a pirate site. Fansubbers often insert in swear words where they didn't originally exist due to a lack of articulateness.
I DON'T support illegal fansubs. They're ruining the American market, and if anime falls to fansubbers, then both the Japanese and American markets will be doomed.
your right just think my freinds and family watch adult swim till 11:30 just think how many people watch those shows we will die of bad economy and well be forced to sell our Mothers.....>:)
I think they get the subs from Dattebayo and stuff. I don't know though. And I never said excessive. And no, I don't think you are helping people when you watch it.
Nost anime shows have no swearing in them at all in their original Japanese language, even those aimed at adults. It's because many Japanese TV stations have a "decency" policy and because swearing doesn't really give much emotional impact to a show.
I already intend to buy more DVDs anyway. I think that's the best way to show that you care. I haven't bought an anime DVD since Higurashi though...
That's because I want to keep the surprise. Of course, eventually, I'll use every move on all of my Pokémon. I'll reveal the moves once I have a Friend Battle or once I reveal every move on all of my Pokémon, whichever comes first.
I get the feeling this is a repeat of what happened to Yu Yu Hakusho four years back. Yu Yu Hakusho couldn't carve its own space into the Dragon Ball Z fanbase and was thus banished to the 5 AM time slot during the Three Kings story.
The situation is very much the same: Code Geass and Moribito are showing under the presence of Naruto and Bleach, which have solid viewership.
Despite Code Geass getting consistently higher viewership than Bleach, of course. (Same with Death Note.)
The Deoxys from the 10th movie preorder event in Japan comes out of a Cherish Ball. The same goes for the Gamestop Deoxys event in America.
Aside from that, if you downloaded the Aurora Ticket to a FireRed/LeafGreen version via Mystery Gift from the Pokémon Rocks America 2004 event, you can caught Deoxys in Birth Island with a Premier Ball.
Finally, from a Diamond or Pearl version that already has access to the Pal Park you can transfer a Pokémon that holds a Dive Ball before Cyrus triggers the awakening of Dialga.
Oh yeah, you're right. You can get Dive Balls before you get to Spear Pillar. (And I meant Poké Ball, not Premier Ball.)
Nevertheless, it sounds like an incredibly roundabout way to show off something few people will even notice, let alone recognize. Dive Balls seem to be really popular like this for some reason.

That doesn't work. When you get the egg it's eather shiny or not. If it is shiny then you can start SR for good IV's.
My shiny Corsola is a proof for that.
Appe07 3 years ago
I don't mean Legendaries you receive like the Manaphy Egg. (You're not even talking about Legendaries at all.) I mean with, say, this example of Dialga. What a shiny hunter would do is play up to where they reach Spear Pillar, then save. They would then reset over and over until the Dialga shows up as shiny, then try to catch it from there.
That's why there's a disproportionately higher number of shiny Legendaries--they're "trophies" of shiny hunters, so to speak.
Overhazard 3 years ago
Yeah that's true. The shiny one should be more rare than it is on PBR, most of them are probably hacjed. :/
I got a Shiny Regirock once, worst naturee and IVs ever so I reseted it. :O
I got a really nice Relaxed one later on so I where happy. ^^
And really nice team you have, I love the Mono-type-teams. I use a Rock team and it's very fun to use.
Great work Overhazard.
Appe07 3 years ago
Yeah, there's an Action Replay code to make all of your Pokémon shiny, just like that. My guess is that this person used that code.
Thanks for the compliments. I was thinking of a Rock team, but I decided against it when I realized it won't be easy to put Trick Room on Lunatone (the only special-based Rock type I haven't yet trained to Level 100).
Overhazard 3 years ago
Oh an AR code. Well then all of these Shinies makes sence.
I don't like it though.
Yeah, I was thinking of Trick Room on my Rock team, but after some conclusions I choosed to not use it and instead use a Scarf Lunatone and an Aerodactyl.
My special-based Rocks is Lunatone, Corsola and Magmortal. A fun trio. ^^
Hey man. I really want to battle on PBR now. ^^
Cya
Appe07 3 years ago
Lol sry. Not Magmortal I mean Magcargo.
Ah!, all of these pokes with similar names makes me crazy. :P
Appe07 3 years ago
When you see a team that's all shiny, chances are they used that Action Replay code. It's no fun showing off something I didn't earn myself though.
Overhazard 3 years ago
What are the shinies that you have?
EvilJirachi 3 years ago
I guess the opponent you faced must be a hacker.
Koopa126 3 years ago
How are you such a night owl? Anyway, good work with Gastrodon and Tentacruel. How is your Tentacruel trained anyway?
And man, it's been forever since I checked out Adult Swim. I miss Robot Chicken.
CDub7888 3 years ago
Because last year at university, none of my classes began any earlier than noon.
Overhazard 3 years ago
I understand that. My job gets me up at six and my online classes keep me up past ten.
And how did you train your Tentacruel?
CDub7888 3 years ago
If you mean EVs, Tentacruel has EVs of 78 in HP, 180 in Special Attack, and 252 in Speed.
Overhazard 3 years ago
Interesting. I found Tentacruel to be a difficult pokemon to train since its attacking stats are pretty low. I unfortunately almost have to rely on Acupressure to get by.
CDub7888 3 years ago
Tentacruel has a pretty good Special Attack. Of course, with Swords Dance and Poison Jab, Tentacruel can be physical too.
Overhazard 3 years ago
damn nice battle
dumass1985 3 years ago
Why would he use Ice Beam on Seaking. O.o;;
I thought Azumarill would be more of a attacker anyways.

Good job with the Ubers. No friend pass exchange this time.
So Code Geass wasn't taken off? I just assumed it was on hiatus. Does anyone know if it was a new episode or not?
strategist9 3 years ago
Yes, it was a new episode of Geass. Same with Moribito.
Overhazard 3 years ago
Ok thank you. Now to play catch up.
strategist9 3 years ago
Oh, so you do like anime.
Being that you're an animation major and that you enjoy that sort of thing, what do you think of Avatar? No, it isn't a real anime, but I think it's good enough to be irrelevant.
Any thoughts?
greeneee789 3 years ago
Avatar displays incredibly resourceful writing. It's the best example I know of when it comes to writing under very strict limitations (in this case, of Nickelodeon's Bureau of Standards and Practices).
I try to watch all animation, regardless of which country it comes from. Also, my major is film. The university department hates animation for some reason.

"The bad news is that Code Geass and Moribito have been pushed to the 5 AM time slot, "
Say what?
Dialkia 3 years ago
That's true. That's when the two shows aired last night.
Overhazard 3 years ago
I notice Tentacruel has Leftovers. You were looking for an item for Relicanth other than Quick Claw, yes? If you can't find anything you like, you could always give the Leftovers to Relicanth, and give Tentacruel a Black Sludge, unless you don't want two members of the same team to have self-healing items, I guess.
ShadowSerenity57 3 years ago
I was planning on giving Tentacruel Black Sludge when I remembered of its existence. Strangely enough, I can get a Black Sludge easier than I can get a Leftovers.

I love how your Gastrodon just keeps on trucking through everything that gets thrown at it (Flash Cannon, really Dialga?). This is a great new team you have here.
SeekerRalex 3 years ago
To the least I thought he would have used Roar of Time.
TemaShika24 3 years ago
I had expected that too. Actually, I expected Earth Power to Tentacruel, which is why I put up the Mirror Coat.
Overhazard 3 years ago
But he didn't. In the end, Thunder still does more.
TemaShika24 3 years ago
As a question completely unrelated to the video, what method do you use to train Pokemon to level 100 after EV training is complete? Where do you fight, what items do you use etc.
Coppo68 3 years ago
Well, you really don't have to level them up (unless you are planning on trading them)
LuckyPikachu 3 years ago
I suppose, though there are some Pokemon who don't learn moves until level 70 and above, and I'd like to see my Pokemon's stats at level 100 to be better prepared when I battle my friends online on DP.
Coppo68 3 years ago
I use the Lucky Egg boost, the foreign game boost (as someone lets me borrow a Pearl version), and three PickUp Pokémon who'll give me Rare Candies every now and then.
Overhazard 3 years ago
Aaaah,shineys...

Teehee, i have a shiny azumarill
nintendopokefan 3 years ago
Is that Gastrodon like an Accuracy dropper?
Kesspa 3 years ago
No. I just went with Muddy Water because it doesn't hit the ally and Mud Bomb because it's Gastrodon's strongest special Ground-type move.
Overhazard 3 years ago
nartuo is on adult swim why you like that channel
MonsterXfan 3 years ago
looking at the abundance of water Pokemon, it baffles me why Nintendo don't make more new fire types. i find the fire type such a hard type to include in teams as there isn't enough variety.
I mean look at the diamond and pearl games, they added 5 fire Pokemon to the list, three being starter, one being legendary, and the last being an evolved magmar.
Magicmenez 3 years ago
is because water and ground attacks are so common that fire types barely stand chances on standard enviroment. the only thing they could do would be making a fire/grass or a fire type with levitate.
santiagogs15 3 years ago
If that were true, then we'd have more Electric and Dragon Pokémon where there's only about 10 new Electric types per generation and Garchomp is the only fully evolved non-legendary Dragon of the 4th generation.
I think that the lack of Fire types is an oversight more than anything else. Game Freak probably didn't realize this until after the designs were finalized.
Overhazard 3 years ago
Gah, I was wondering where Code Geass went. Fullmetal Alchemist was interesting, though. I might start watching that more.
Raichu111092 3 years ago
Fullmetal Alchemist is also at 51 episodes with a new season coming up. You'll have to do a lot of time investment if you want to get into it, as a warning.
Overhazard 3 years ago
Special Azumarill? That's just so weird with that ability Pure Power.
TheonlyrealBeef 3 years ago
It also has Thick Fat.
TemaShika24 3 years ago
Well it has Thick Fat or Pure Power, it can't have both :P. And since Thick Fat isn't useful since Azumarill already has resistance to Ice and Fire, most use Pure Power.
TheonlyrealBeef 3 years ago
But Thick Fat can make it a really good absorber/tanker.
TemaShika24 3 years ago
Dude, did he just used Surf on two water pokemons? and did he just used special attacks on an azumarill? Oh God, that is so wrong... And Ubers' Really? Can't this guys do anything better than just pick strong pokemon and use their brains to come up with a good strategy? This takes out all the fun of playing it... Overhazard, I've seen a lot of your battles and I think you are a very good damm fighter... Congrats...

If you're upset about them changing all the Animes around you should just watch them online like I do. I gave up on the english side of things long ago, I just watch the Japanese (sometimes with subs) ones when they come out.
Ankarua 3 years ago
What, you mean like on the Adult Swim website? Code Geass is on there, but not Moribito.
Overhazard 3 years ago
No, I mean like say, Anime Media (.) com. All the episodes so far in Japanese for a lot of Animes. Bleach, Naruto, Code Geass (which is my fave Anime right now), and stuff like that. Even has Death Note in Japanese. Of course, to warn you, as it's translated directly from Japanese pretty much, you will see bad/swear words in the subtitles.
Ankarua 3 years ago
I;d have to ask you though--is this a legitimate and legal business? I intend to support the American anime localization industry, and if I can't do so through watching it on TV, I'll buy the DVDs. Helps everybody instead of just myself.
Overhazard 3 years ago
By the way, the fact that you report excessive swearing means this is most likely a pirate site. Fansubbers often insert in swear words where they didn't originally exist due to a lack of articulateness.
I DON'T support illegal fansubs. They're ruining the American market, and if anime falls to fansubbers, then both the Japanese and American markets will be doomed.
Overhazard 3 years ago
your right just think my freinds and family watch adult swim till 11:30 just think how many people watch those shows we will die of bad economy and well be forced to sell our Mothers.....>:)
kenneth3k1 3 years ago
I think they get the subs from Dattebayo and stuff. I don't know though. And I never said excessive. And no, I don't think you are helping people when you watch it.
Ankarua 3 years ago
Nost anime shows have no swearing in them at all in their original Japanese language, even those aimed at adults. It's because many Japanese TV stations have a "decency" policy and because swearing doesn't really give much emotional impact to a show.
I already intend to buy more DVDs anyway. I think that's the best way to show that you care. I haven't bought an anime DVD since Higurashi though...
Overhazard 3 years ago
lol, you don't have night shade on Deoxys.
DarthDando64 3 years ago
your Tentacruel is awesome
soplox2 3 years ago
You're really the opposite of Darklatos777, who posts whole videos showing off his new Pokémon and moves, while you edit it all away.
insodbz 3 years ago
That's because I want to keep the surprise. Of course, eventually, I'll use every move on all of my Pokémon. I'll reveal the moves once I have a Friend Battle or once I reveal every move on all of my Pokémon, whichever comes first.
Overhazard 3 years ago
Haha, nice to finally see your tentacruel in action finally, and she didn't disappoint.
I saw that bit about Moribito as well. Absolutely heart breaking as I have fallen in love with that show =\
I could understand them showing it later in their block (kinda like they did Death Note), but 5 AM? That's just ridiculous.
FinalDamnation 3 years ago
I get the feeling this is a repeat of what happened to Yu Yu Hakusho four years back. Yu Yu Hakusho couldn't carve its own space into the Dragon Ball Z fanbase and was thus banished to the 5 AM time slot during the Three Kings story.
The situation is very much the same: Code Geass and Moribito are showing under the presence of Naruto and Bleach, which have solid viewership.
Despite Code Geass getting consistently higher viewership than Bleach, of course. (Same with Death Note.)
Overhazard 3 years ago
That definitely seams to be the case. I hope it isn't this way next weekend, but I'm not getting my hopes up.
FinalDamnation 3 years ago
Hopefully this is just a one time thing. Adult Swim has pulled a prank like this before, definitely.

How do you get Shiny Pokemon?
AD0B0Y6 3 years ago
at least they were fair hacks. nice team.

Do you have any Pokemon DS games Overhazard?
Such as Diamond/Pearl.
aurashadow455 3 years ago
She has to,or else she can't play PBR without using rental pokemon.
Alex52795 3 years ago
He's a hacker. I am 99% sure. Ubers all shiny? You know how many software resets that takes?
TemaShika24 3 years ago
Most likely. He could also be a shiny hunter, making like a million trades over the GTS until a shiny Legendary appears.
Overhazard 3 years ago
Well, the only way a shiny Deoxys could be in a Master Ball would be by hacking, for event pokemon are never shiny.
TemaShika24 3 years ago
Oh yeah, a Deoxys that comes out of anything but a Premier Ball or a Cherish Ball is definitely hacked.
Same goes for a Dialga caught in a Dive Ball. Dive Balls aren't available in Diamond/Pearl. (I think...)
Overhazard 3 years ago
Yep. Plus, it's shiny...sooo...
I'm not quites sure if Dive Balls were avaliable, because I have 999 of every Ball now...I'll have to look that up though...
TemaShika24 3 years ago
The Deoxys from the 10th movie preorder event in Japan comes out of a Cherish Ball. The same goes for the Gamestop Deoxys event in America.
Aside from that, if you downloaded the Aurora Ticket to a FireRed/LeafGreen version via Mystery Gift from the Pokémon Rocks America 2004 event, you can caught Deoxys in Birth Island with a Premier Ball.
RudolphMilotic 3 years ago
Sorry; I meant "you can catch" on my last answer.
Finally, from a Diamond or Pearl version that already has access to the Pal Park you can transfer a Pokémon that holds a Dive Ball before Cyrus triggers the awakening of Dialga.
RudolphMilotic 3 years ago
Oh yeah, you're right. You can get Dive Balls before you get to Spear Pillar. (And I meant Poké Ball, not Premier Ball.)
Nevertheless, it sounds like an incredibly roundabout way to show off something few people will even notice, let alone recognize. Dive Balls seem to be really popular like this for some reason.
Overhazard 3 years ago
you can get dive balls from the man in solaceon town. the newspaper guy. if you bring him the pokemon he wants sometimes he will give you dive balls
HoWoBsCuRe 3 years ago
He does? I should check him out more often then.
Overhazard 3 years ago
event pokemon can be shiny. its called soft resetting. but yeah. they were hacks for sure.
GarcianSmith891 3 years ago
I believe the Azumarill though, Mew, I'm still suspicious.
