I get you on that, but at the same time counties and cities are so biased against people that want to go fast. Tracks are often too far or too few in between and even nonexistent in some places. They could close off roads that don't have much traffic at these times, charge a few dollars to cover expenses and prevent some of these potential disasters. They would do it for a movie.
but people who produce movies get permits and rights to the street and also can cover insurance liablities. the city/state is always going to be responsible and probably sued for people going to fast. so go fast but dont get caught and if you wreck, hope you dont hurt anybody but yourself.

What most of you are ignoring is the fact that at 219MPH, you're traveling over 300 ft a second (thats an entire football field every second). He would have well less than a second at that speed to react and slow down to avoid a collision. He even fucking commented how he didn't see cars he was coming up on. doesn't matter, what if I'm coming home from work at 2 or 3 in the morning, is it worth my life? Taking me from my children? I just lost a dear friend cuz of someone making a "not so wise" decision to see what his car could do, he took her from her friends and family, she was only 27. True he stopped for those two people on the road, but what if he couldn't stop in time? how bout going to a race track to "test her out"?

I get you on that, but at the same time counties and cities are so biased against people that want to go fast. Tracks are often too far or too few in between and even nonexistent in some places. They could close off roads that don't have much traffic at these times, charge a few dollars to cover expenses and prevent some of these potential disasters. They would do it for a movie.

but people who produce movies get permits and rights to the street and also can cover insurance liablities. the city/state is always going to be responsible and probably sued for people going to fast. so go fast but dont get caught and if you wreck, hope you dont hurt anybody but yourself.

the people have the rights to the streets(including the fast ones); who do you think pays for them? if something happens in my closed-road scenario, the people involved clearly would assume the risks and responsibilities, not the city/state. That's like saying that people sue cities for drunks killing people on the road at night--you sue his/her family.

I dont know these guys but i live in arizona and i know a guy who knows them. he was going to turn them in for 25,000 dollars but was too late, (someone already turned them in.)
but while they were doing this they were able to completely ditch two police dodge chargers and a helicopter. They went from the santan highway to the 10 in exactly ten minutes.

Nice car, but I think that he may have revealed a bit too much info regarding his drive. I mean showing the passengers and talking on the video, as well as where it took place, makes this really incriminating evidence if he is caught. Bright yellow LP 640's are not that common anywhere.

The fact that this guy pulled this off just shows you that AZ DPS officers are NON-EXISTENT on Arizona highways.
I'm not surprised he did it and once they put up the new radar and speed cameras, people will be pulling off rear license plates, putting on ski masks and pulling some top speed runs as well.
The AZ cops won't be patrolling highways- that's for sure......

Hey, I live in Germany, and we can drive here as fast as we want on the autobahn.
I drive my car 140mph (225kmh) whenever it is possible. And frankly that is rarely the case here in a responsible way. So it can't be done very often.
HOWEVER... these people in this Lamborghini need to be taken off the road before they kill someone innocent. This is just a matter of time, and for sure something bad is going to happen.

Yes i drove in germany some time ago (I'm from holland) in my bmw, and I noticed how dangerous it was to drive that fast, you really can not know when a car driving at normal speed goes to the left lane, and thats so dangerous, trust me it really is.

What most of you are ignoring is the fact that at 219MPH, you're traveling over 300 ft a second (thats an entire football field every second). He would have well less than a second at that speed to react and slow down to avoid a collision. He even fucking commented how he didn't see cars he was coming up on. This guy is a total fucking asshole and NEEDS to be taken off the road before he kills an innocent person.
