That aside, the distorted parts sound almost exactly like the actual song. I can hardly hear the difference, and I'm absolutely OBSESSED with SOAD and can play this song pretty damn well. I also can appreciate your version of the lead parts near the end (although you hit the very last note wrong), although it's very simple in comparison to the normal lead, it fits in its' own way.
