Just keep trying at it. I do a strafe jump to the tree so I know I can make it every time, but it's possible to do by just jumping normally. Try setting your fps to 125, that helps alot.

To be honest, I didn't get up in the tree til about my like 25th jump. Trying aimnig torwards the tree but more torwards the right because I think thats the part closest to the pole

No oldschool, all jumps done on standard default.cfg. tip to jumping is to sprint and then strafe jump all in 1 motion
