The fourth is Salvador at that time he was a TIT but now he's actually a Tortuga. I love these guys and the Scaramouche looking at Salvador and humping leg thing.

Why are there 4? There are only 3 in MN
He is called a TIT A tortuga in training. They have them all the time. THey had one in Minnesota a few years ago.

i saw them a few weeks ago, it was funny but raining. we had to make an extra effort for them to be funny
