Its not fake.Its my own signature design Ive created. You know the camera over head takes a picture every 3seconds and if you COUNT REAL seconds that's a lot of time to draw a lot in that time period if you have been drawing as long as me with this skill. its a simple design and pattern that's just tiny i just repeat over and over till it looks to complicated.I don't care if you don't believe me i have tons of friends who have witnessed it. but good question tho :)
